I think this is just a case of people placing unrealistic expectations on a show to be what they want it to be instead of just enjoying it for what it is. She-Hulk is not Hulk. She's not like other superheroes because she doesn't want to be a superhero. This is her life, she's a lawyer, she dates men, yea its not very superhero like, but that is what she spends her time doing. Every once in a while she gets forced into superhero like antics out of necessity and that is part of whats enjoyable about the show and her as a character, when she does get into the superhero like parts she is kind of like a fish out of water, but is also very powerful. It's part of the humor. And we are going to see her a lot more going forward in the MCU when they do Avengers films and possibly even Fantastic 4.
If you're looking for a "lawyer show" that's like the Netflix Daredevil series, then you're watching the wrong show. It sounds like this show is not going to meet your expectations. This show is supposed to be a campy and episodic TV sit-com. If there is "main plot" that's supposed to run through the whole show, it's not going to be on the forefront. it will run in the background and they'll sprinkle hints of it here and there, and then possibly use the last couple of episodes to bring it to a head.
Honestly with just about every MCU show, I've seen at least a few people say they couldn't enjoy it because they were too busy looking for "what it means for the MCU" to appreciate the actual show they were watching. Which, if you keep doing that you'll never be able to enjoy a show for what it is. All of the Marvel shows they've put out have been different genres of TV show crossed with Marvel and I enjoy that.
I kinda get what they're saying: they're looking for the cohesive narrative arc for this show beyond just Jen lawyering as the A story and funny thing happens outside of the lawyering as the B story. Marvel has never attempted this format before with a half hour comedy superhero tv show, so I assume there will be some growing pains. But I also think this is clearly meant to be more light and the episodic nature of Jen getting different cases involving super heroes will remain the focus. Marvel also has a pretty good track record of holding back details as to what they have planned in order to make the reveal more dramatic so we can probably assume there will be a continuation to the people trying to get Jen's blood angle
yea i also agree > during the date did you also notice the guy that was interested in her skin and how to penetrate it , i found that weird especially the specimen part
@@elvisasante2456 yeah I believe it was Heavy Spoilers who thought that guy and the guy with the mask who tried to stab her last episode were the same guy, still not clear who they're working for yet
I agree. I get that not everyone is going to like every show Marvel puts out. I also think we have to leave room for variety or the content gets repetitive. The show is basically an MCU sit-com with all that entails….but with a fantastical layer. Everyone’s so used to every show or movie being connected somehow to the larger MCU universe or plot. And they’re expecting the same thing here. What I will say is…just because we’re not being hit over the head with those referential lines or characters or fights doesn’t mean the connective tissue isn’t being laid. For example…we’re getting a good deal of time and character development with Wong. Could his future in the MCU be at risk in another show or movie? And how sad would that be now that we’ve seen this side of him? Not looking for an answer just posing a thought. We know someone wants Jen’s blood. Clearly that story is going to circle around again. Bruce flew off in a Sakharian ship so we know something more is going on there. And we don’t know what else we’ve seen so far that may have appeared irrelevant might actually important later on or revisited. Sometimes I think people should just enjoy the lighthearted fun of this cause dark times are definitely on the way given what we know about the MCU lineup for the next 2-3 years.
On one of the dates when the guy was asking lots of questions "is your skin impenitrable" I feel like that guy was there to gather more information for the "Boss" we were introduced to last episode.
It’s a case of the week show, it was always planned to be and in fairness it’s pretty much in keeping with the source material that inspired it. Sensational She-Hulk was a comedic book and was meant to be light hearted and fun and not driven by an overarching theme or story but literally me offs with guest appearances. It made the book different from the other titles around it and really it makes this show different from all the other MCU shows out there right now.
It's a sitcom, in the Marvel Universe. I'm seeing a lot of people apparently not getting that concept. Complaining about the plot being "silly" seems kind of like complaining that the plots in Friends are silly.
Madisynn stole the show. I have met so many girls like her, and I love them, she is absolutely killing it. This show isn't going to be a serious court show, this is a comedy with the court stuff being the driver for the comedy. A Daredevil show would be more serious in tone and what you're thinking. This show seems to be more episodic with self-contained stories every episode, which is definitely different from the full season stories we've been getting with previous D+ shows. I like it, but can understand why some people aren't really into that anymore. I think it's nice when Disney breaks from the standard MCU formula and gives us something different. Also, I think not seeing her in battle is kind of the point, she doesn't want to be a Hulk, she wants a normal life.
I think the crux really is the character premise of Jen. She doesn't want to battle, she wants to date , work, and have a "normal life" but, she is she hulk too. And, we are getting a slice into her life that shows she has to figure out how to be both. Its a law show yea but Jen is gonna get stuck with goofy cases forever she doesn't get more actually serious cases like daredevil because she is the poster child for the firm, even if she wanted those cases, and the show has a completely different tone to that one.
The problem is this show should be dumped all at once.... You have to wait an entire whole week for something pointless and so disappointing is frustrating !
@@SpyJamz Yes, her arc is to accept herself as she-hulk. At this moment, she just wants normal woman life, but as Bruce said, there will be no more normal life for her. But Bruce has years of experience, and she needs to understand same thing herself, that's how it works in real life too. Somebody more experiences may give you advice, but you can not understand it before you will face it yourself. And if you don't like format or comedy, it's not show's fault. I don't like Peaky Blenders and have not seen more then 1 season but I never said it was bad show. It just is not for me. So there is it. Stupid people like you are real disaster.
i cant tell the difference. not because i dislike the cgi. but because i cant generally tell what was so bad about the previous cgi that make this one called as improvement. they all look same to me. maybe i have low standards for cgi, but make her skin white colored and she is pretty much a normal human to me
it was really bad ..what are you talking abt ... if you are talking abt dating scenes then okay ... but in courtroom and that suit....REALLY BAD...just watch when she seats on the chair in courtroom ..her size literrally changed twice
There is going to be silliness/comedy in every episode as that is the way the comic is. Her dating life and with one night stands due to guys leaving when seeing her normal in the morning is straight from the comics so don't be surprised if that continues.
Loved your reactions. CGI looked amazing for this one. Easily my favorite episode out of the 4 so far. I've seen different reactors reacts to jokes differently. They can be hit or miss but this one I thought was the funniest out of all 4. I've loved the tone of the show though and everyone is so likable.
I really love the “case of the week” feel of the show. It really allows the writers to just go nuts. I mean I never really thought about how the revelation of real sorcery would pretty much ruin the “magic” industry. And I’ll take any excuse to see more of Wong, he really is (as Jen perfectly said) twitter armor. And as a man in his early 30’s I completely agree with Jen that dating in your 30’s SUCKS!!!!!! And while she may not have gotten a boyfriend at least she had sex with an infuriatingly good looking doctor. Though I’m genuinely surprised he was able to walk the next morning. He should’ve had at least a crushed pelvis, like the Amazon planet episode of Futurama, full Death By Snu Snu! Look it up.🤣🤣🤣🤣
I can relate to that feeling of waiting for this show to start going somewhere, but I think I understand why we feel that way. Marvel’s Disney+ shows for the most part are really long movies broken into 6 or 9 parts. So when we watch them, we can see the storyline developing. But She-Hulk is not shot like that. It’s more like a traditional sitcom. Every week we have a different story, with new characters, and a subtle subplot that will resolve itself at the end of the season. So it’s not like anything Marvel has made thus far, and that has been throwing me off. What do you guys think?
I think you, sir, actually understand this show. Maybe 1 in 10 total viewers do. It's like all these people have forgotten what episodic sit-coms/slice-of-life shows were like.
I been waiting for a show like this. We haven't really seen how the craziness of the MCU clashes with the lives of normal people. We've seen the the birds eye view but they haven't really gotten down to the level of the ordinary individual. This show gives us that in a humourous way. We have superpowered influencers, finding a hulk on Tinder, getting scammed by a shapeshifter, having to make a deal with a demon to escape a foreign dimension (where's that Madisynn spin-off btw). I need a hundred more of these little stories! How are you guys not entertained? I guess it's about expections (some people have the right mindset and still think it's not funny or interesting and that's understandable). I just hope enough people like it because I definitely want more stuff like this. It all adds to the flavour of the MCU. I don't think they should try to make every single show appeal to every single fan anyways
Same. I'm enjoying this. It's funny. It reminds me of how in Dr. Strange that guy just left and used his magic to walk. There has to be more people out there who leave with these magic skills and use them. Now Wong knows to start making students sign contracts when they come for training.
My problem with the show is it's like so much of stuff put together there is a plot and b plot also on top of that there is so much things going on and cameos after cameos. Maybe thas why I like moon knight and Loki it has it's separate story other than relying on already established universe I waited every week for moon knight and loki but this I m watching forcefully I think they should add something to the universe rather than taking from it and plz slow down on the movies and shows marvel is churning out
I understood what the show was going to be before going in, with that in mind...it's not going to work for some people and I get it. Especially those with agendas and those who had expectations. This episode was actually really entertaining imo. It was pretty cool with the Wong and She-Hulk team-up.
Actually it's the makers of this show who had some woke agenda in mind while making this show not the people. They made this show cringe af by putting the Woke propaganda in it, that's why most of the people didn't like this show. It's full of cringe and woke shit 💩🤡
@@Bjorn0war why do people act like cringe stuff and so-called "woke" stuff just so happen to magically appear in these marvel movies and TV shows.....They've been doing stuff like that. People forget, go back and watch the movies and you will see certain things have been sprinkled throughout the MCU this entire time. It's just amplified now because of online nonsense. If you don't like it, cool...You're not forced to watch it. You have a choice to watch this stuff or not. 🤷🏽♂️
Jaby's facepalm at 8:05: we've all been there, watching a female friend fall for the most *obvious* lines. I still remember me and a buddy watching our friend go off with some guy who used the "Did it hurt when you feel from heaven?" line, and my buddy yells after her "Are you KIDDING right now?" It was hilarious. 🙂
I remember watching bits and pieces of Ally McBeal back in the day when they were TV, I think it's a cool direction for this show. I don't need a bunch of shows that are identical. This feels like a TV show to me and I think that's great. This is a show about She-Hulk being a lawyer. The MCU isn't advancing at the speed it was during Endgame times and it won't do that for probably a while. So I'm making myself comfortable.
This is marvel’s first tv network sitcom. This show does a lot of MCU world building we expect other shows to do and it’s great. The cgi was soooo much better in this. Wouldn’t mind if they make She-hulk a movie. The lawyer stuff is pretty much simple and that can be a good thing or a bad thing for ppl. The best case scenario for this show is to keep the cameos coming for every episode. She-hulk teaming up with other superheros is the best thing about this show.
I get so frustrated with with reactor. Demanding to have it now now now... I got to have it now. It like bro calm down. Breathe and let loose enjoy the ride. The show it about comedy. Everything doesn't have to be so serious all the time. Im kinda glad were getting a different peace. Im enjoying the show.
I really love that marvel decided to make each show on Disney+ different. Which is what people complained about when they first announced these shows and now they’re complaining about all the chances that marvel is taking with them
I don't get what people think about what MCU should know, all I want is something that I can enjoy and that is what this is all about, entertainment. This show is about comedy and enjoyment with satires at different points. Not everything is supposed to be action filled mystry. Just enjoy. You people just think too much
@@Mehdz03 Agreed, This feels like some soap opera with she hulk in it. I already knew Disney would ruin her character. She hulk in Hulk the animated series will always be my favorite she hulk.
Personally for me I’m glad that they are allowing us to explore Jennifer’s personal life when it comes to dating and stuff like that because I’m over the same fighting moments if they’re not gonna be tastefully done. Fighting in the MCU is always going to exist I’m not starving for it. This past four episodes have gotten me to know and understand and actually get to like Shehulk and Jennifer. Like I don’t understand how people can be so impatient daredevils coming X-Men are coming it’s OK to slow down and enjoy the show😐
@KW you do realize you saying it’s unfunny is completely subjective right? It’s a completely pointless opinion to even bring up. If you’re having such an Unbearable time with the shower you do realize you don’t have to watch it? Not every MCU project is made for a specific person right?😂😂
@@CaptainChapin Stop using that excuse. There are kid's movies that have fun and great characters, that bullshit excuse doesn't work,. the writing is not strong in this, it is what it is. Ms. Marvel is a better show in terms of writing
I think the bigger story will involve whoever the boss of the wrecking crew is, and why they want her blood. But for now I’m enjoying the simple funny episodes. Its nice seeing super hero’s in a everyday setting.
Yeah, we know. It's still dumb not to take the ring though, especially since Wong said such actions can cause massive reverberations across the galaxy. Snatch his ring to stop him, and still sue him to make a legal example.
16:35 I get your point. But also I see why they are doing it. She hulk is all about a superhero trying to live a normal life right? Which does include ber social life and dating experiences. She hulk is not our regular superhero who fights for the good. She's just another normal human being / Lawyer who happens to have super powers. So they are just showing us how she's trying to balance both her superhero life and normal life. Which is cool in it's own way??? But I do get the other point about not being able to find the main arc of this show. Just like jaby I'm not sold yet but I hope it gets better
I think the lack of a main arc of this show is because of the episodic nature, that's another reason why we see more of Jen's life instead of seeing her ina serialize adventure.
"So they are just showing us how she's trying to balance both her superhero life and normal life." I feel like this _is_ the main arc of the show. It's Jen coming to terms with being a hulk and stepping up to be a hero. I don't think there needs to be a big overarching plot with a villain to confront.
@@danielruiz8259 I do understand your point. But even when we consider the episodic nature of the show, in the end there should be a main arc or the flow where this show's going. Just like how sitcoms having a mini arc starting and ending in that one episode while also moving the main arc forward
The greater story is a outstretched origin. Its day in the life, extended. First is the actual origin story. Then the return to normal after the great change, and the sacrifice of that change. 3rd was the realization that She-Hulk removes obstacles for her and she's safer. 4th was the test of Jennifer vs She-Hulk persona. I'm guessing that it will continue down this, setting up per feelings. I see the through line, but i also know some of her history.
Her VFX in the dating/fight scenes were much better! Donny Blaze actor Rhys Coiro is the director Kat Coiro's husband! The court cases are just never going to be as serious as Better Call Saul & Daredevil cases, it's just not that show! I see constant complaints about the MCU being sexless and a little devoid of romance, and one show tries to address that a little and it's a problem especially when it's a big part of her character from the comics?!
Yeah, and also these cases are about superhumans and super natural situations which they don't have specific laws or precedents that's why they will be silly and weird.
It's just that cases are getting solved too easily like elf sabotaging herself by impersonating the judge and now donny blaze where he accidentally summons demons and now titania suing jen for using she-hulk name as copyright claim even though she never used it for monetary gain or signing contracts.
@@WarGodV_ The Elf was very high on herself... it's parody on people with power that thinks they can get away with things just because they think they are special.
Amazing. People complain that Marvel movies/shows are the same each time. She Hulk tries something different and people complain it isn't the same as the other stuff. Don't expect Daredevil until the end of the season. The trailer shows her in her superhero outfit and Jen isn't at that point yet.
Jaby I really feel this show isn't for you. u easily get bored if it's not action and this whole show is literally about her being a lawyer. I mean there's the Super-Hero stuff mixed in, she is a hulk after all, but that's not the main focus as said at the beginning of the first episode (and im just roughly quoting her) ''Let's get this hero backstory out of the way so u can focus on this fun lawyer show.'' She spelled out what the series is about in the first few min. it's trippy to watch ur video and see u (supposedly) enjoy the episode and then say u were getting boring at the end, and it's understandable if ur watching something out of the usual genre u enjoy but still off-putting ngl.
NOTE; I'm not trying to hate or anything it just seemed like from the beginning u weren't feeling the show and didn't care much for it at all, that is until there's some sort of action scene. I'm js its weird to watch u guys laugh throughout the id then hear u say it was boring at the end, probably an editing thing.
16:10 - The MCU has been extremely sexless for so long, just extremely prude in so many ways, and dating/sex is a part of her comic books series so honestly it's refreshing to see an MCU finally have something different.
that's not even entirely true...I mean sure, this is a different direction, but the fact is that the only real "single-person dating romance" type scenes we've gotten were from male perspectives. I loved seeing it told this way.
@@michellestone6584 The most we've seen was Tony Stark and even that was usually just a line and then the morning after. And you're right it's always male perspectives.
I don't even understand some of the reactions from Jaby and Cortney. Did not find any thing disappointing in the dating scene or any others. Also just try to understand what is the show about. Then probably you will expect better. You guys have put marvel in a hard box so you want an "ACTION" to not get bored. WandaVision was great with all the emotions. SheHulk is also good (probably not great) with a fun show inside MCU. It was the best episode so far.
After 4 episodes I don't think you should hope for a conventional Marvel show with a through line and serious action and themes. It's a sitcom. Go in with that expectation and you may have a better time
i lost it when dude asked " about the courtroom when you had to transform, tell me how it made you feel". No human on ur first meeting talks like that other than ur therapist. who wrote that 🤣
Yeah this episode makes me evaluate if I'll even bother to watch the rest. The writing is so extremely reliant on dumbed down clichés. I do like Jen Walters herself (but I don't know the comics or anything) and Wong and maybe her best friend. Seemingly every other character is below 90 IQ and an over exaggerated stereotype.
MEPHISTO CONFIRMED?!?! Madisynn made a deal w/ a DEMON?! Jake the Goat demon has a name tag that is similar to Erik Voss's "I am Erik Voss" shirt, super meta
I loved this episode best one for me. Also not talking about them but in General I get it there are those kinda people who can't watch something unless there is some kind of Action or story happening and are action junkies and cant just watch something that's kinda only for fun or they get bored. Most of the "fans" who say that it's boring or woke aren't even watching for the show there watching for daredevil and cameo's that's why she said dont come into the show looking for them. Then are going to complain when he does show. But to each there own I enjoyed it
Well Jaby... Watch Suits or Daredevil for LAWYER shows with some plot. SheHulk is meant to be fully silly and entertaining. If you ever read these comics, u would know.
Jesus. It's a comedy. The cases are there just to set up the gags. It isn't an action show with comedy thrown in. It's comedy with a little action thrown in.
That will probably come back and bite them in the ass. If Madisynn signed something on paper (or human skin) then that's a binding contract. Jen will probably have to do some legal acrobatics to get Madisynn out of that one.
@@ericb9252 I think nerdrotic's take and review are on point. Even if they established it was going to be a comedy, then oh god, they did a terrible job, it is a lawyer and superhero show, but there is nothing laweyery in this show neither heroic, it's just preachy
Well, this is supposed to be an origin story! And that's what we're getting... In the first two episodes she fights the idea of her being She-Hulk but in these last two we're seeing her slowly embrace her alter ego. She started from hating the name and at the end of the episode she says that She-Hulk is HER name. We usually complain about how rushed are some of these storylines (I think Jaby pointed out that the 6 episode format doesn't allow the characters to grow) and now that we see this character development, even through dating, we complain again and want her to just start punching people? I think, with all its flaws, that the show is doing a good job in showing us who Jen Walters is and how she is becoming She-Hulk. We clearly see a character arc here, from the indifferent (and a little arrogant) lawyer to the superhero that she will become. And doing that in a comedy show is difficult, especially with all the expectations we have from a marvel project (including all the punching)...
Are you guys taking this show too seriously? Or maybe wanting it to be something it's not? It's just a comedic lawyer show with super powers. Emphasis on the comedic part. I don't think anyone ever said this was going to be a straight-laced, buttoned up legal show.
it's a little baffling to me how some of you and people in general miss that the whole point of the story or the "throughline" as Jaby said is that THIS is her origin and what we're seeing an extended version of an origin story that we usually don't see... She-Hulk is nothing but stories of Jennifer trying to navigate her life as someone who just got superpowers and how that affects her and her career. the show established brilliantly that she does not care about saving the world as a superhuman being but rather work it out so she can have a somewhat normal life. This episode delivered just that. I get wanting more action and i do too, but in the future. Not in a 4th episode where it would be rushed or against her character. if they jump right into battles and the cool factor right away without humanizing enough the characters then the end results are very poor and it would get labeled as "generic" right away. i think the show is not only refreshing but also very in line with how she is in some of her most popular comics, even if it's far from perfect.
I get Jaby's point but, listen they had already established that it was going to be a comedy. I don't think the show is woke, I feel like they are trying to poke fun at some stereotypes. Plus the comparison of She-Hulk and Daredevil is not fair, they both represent themes of stories. Up until now they have done a good job of showing slice of life in a superhero setting ...
its not woke but it had one woke moment. but it was just one line in episode 1. not enough to call the whole show bad, because this show is going great.
I read an interview from the showrunner where she admitted that the writing team wasn't that adept at writing courtroom scenes as they were developing the show. It's presumably why they lean into the silliness and keep the court cases primarily episodic. Also they do have a stand in/stunt double for She-Hulk, maybe that is why the CGI looks better in certain scenes more than others.
The action scene was amazing. I feel like Wong should've been able to handle that kind of threat on his own tbh (especially as the Sorceror Surpreme), but it was definitely fun to see She-Hulk fight w/ him lol.
About the dating thing: they are setting up the moment when she chooses to be She-Hulk all the time. In the comic books, Jen was a wallflower, but she became the love of the party when she became She-Hulk, and stayed in her She-Hulk form all the time for unhealthy reasons.
it's interesting that she wasn't called out on that until very late in her comix career. Essentially when someone started accusing her of sleeping with the Juggernaut (and I think, other villains).
People are so capricious. They want to see the characters get humanized and see them in their day to day life so much; now that they do exactly that and people are complaining " I dont care who she's dating blah blah blah...i wanna see the action". Whatever, can't please them all
Isn’t criminal and civil law separate in the US? Is using a copyrighted name a criminal case? Would Jen need a civil lawyer to fight this? Maybe where Murdock comes in?
Love your guys reaction to She-Hulk episode 4 I myself saw the episode too it was great to see Wong and more Magic and Madisynn she was so hilarious and like the best part of this whole entire episode and the question is what happened to Bruce The Hulk and who were those Construction thugs with the power weapons that fought She-Hulk in the previous episode like who's the Boss, this show is getting very interesting by the minute and I can't wait to see your guys reaction to episode 5 next week💚💚💚💚💚💚
Yeah. The writers admitted that none of them actually knows how to write court cases and such so the cases being "dumb" is to be expected unfortunately.
@GETJaby, I like that we're getting Jennifer Walter's life before we get She-Hulk's and I think that's what the series is doing. Jen is, well, boring, by the book. She wants to be like Nicky, but she can't because she's not that person, she lacks the confidence that she has when she's She-Hulk. Jen's starting to notice that. I think that by the time this show ends, we'll see her staying in Hulk form more and more, which will bring her more in line to the way she is in the comics, but who knows, maybe they'll keep her the way she is--the MCU flipped She-Hulk and Hulk's transformation. Bruce used to be the one who could go between forms while Jennifer was the one stuck in Hulk form, but since Bruce integrated his two halves into one, he's forever stuck in Hulk for unless of course he uses his inhibiter.
Just glad to see that Donny Blaze wasn't this Easter egg confirmation that Johnny Blaze will be the MCU Ghost Rider since I want it to be Robbie Reyes. Some people actually thought it was legit confirmation that Johnny would be the Ghost Rider of the MCU. Lol Plus, how can they confirm that since the show takes place in LA which is also where Robbie's from? 🤣
Jaby, Could you please tell us ..Will this show become better as i see more episodes or is this the jist of the whole show. Since you already have seen the show completely ☺️
I'm loving this show.its just really funny for now and don't think everything have to have some world ending consequences or bigger meaning. It can just be a adventure of she hulks day to day life dealing with super powered individual.
This is a comedy lawyer show mixed in with some Marvel sauce. Don't think everyone will like it, but i personally love it, and having fun. Love the 4th wall breaking. As for Madisynn. She is one of the best new Marvel characters ever. We need a small clip series of them 2. Called Wong & Madisynn.
It's all about "Wongers" lol He's the HULK of the lastest Phases b/c he shows up everywhere like Bruce Banner, but doesn't have his own namesake movie!
give me a break. every other marvel character has romantic arcs. god forbid it's a single woman that isn't in the throws of superheroism. this reaction is so frustrating to watch. can't wait for daredevil? it's not his show. rewatch daredevil if you want him and his storyline. jaby continues to come off as a misogynistic prick. commentary about the women he's had on his channel, referring to women as "chicks"...eye-rolling at the scenes that were based on the female perspective..only complimenting the male characters in the show.... maybe take a step back and hand the reaction over to the women in his life because they're far more entertaining . I'm glad to see that the majority of the comments disagree with your takes.
Can someone tell me where is Baron Mordo? Isn't he on a killing rampage on people mis-using magic? We've had No way home, multiverse of madness and now this and still no Mordo in sight.
@11:47 I love this. Something wrong with him? My dude was literally catfished. He wanted She-Hulk, not Jen. If a shape-shifter did the same thing to a girl, be someone super handsome, got laid, and then changed back in the morning, he would be considered a creep (And we got a hint of this issue in the previous episode). But when Jen does it, HE'S wrong for not accepting it??? Make it make sense. (I don't like how we're supposed to treat Jen as a smart person, but she refuses to face the facts: she's a Hulk. She lost her job, because she's a Hulk. She GOT a job, because she's a Hulk. Interviews? Hulk. Literally pulling dates, and getting laid, because she's a Hulk. Why is she constantly surprised that people are more interested in the Hulk part than the Jen part?)
I like the case of the week structure & how light-hearted this show is, but it definitely feels a bit too goofy at times 14:55. I'm surprised by how quickly the court cases are acc handled tho tbh (they spend very little time in court) - they feel more like a footnote to the episode.
Don't you guys feel like the girl Madiysnn with Two N's and one Y but its not where you think .... that girl is similar to Wanda??????? and Maybe that girl met Mephisto??? As she said that she made a pact with the demon and if i tell you then he will rip my soul and the souls of people whom i love.... Looking like the ghost rider made a pact with mephisto
or...and get this... she's just another female character that represents aspects of the viewers so it helps us relate to the show. I think you think she's similar because she has long straight hair that parted in the middle and claimed to make a deal with a demon. I highly. highly doubt that will come to fruition during this season.
You guys need to react Sri Asih Official Trailer. Sri Asih is the second movie from Bumilangit Cinematic Universe (Indonesia Superheroes) the first one is call Gundala it come out 2019 ago.
It's wild to see them enjoy it during the reaction and then flip and say they weren't feeling it afterward
That is sadly the attention span of many millennials who don’t have their minds blown every episode of a show.

reactor culture is indirectly killing basic entertainment
@@AlexAllfather Or it's exposing what is actually bad and usually pushed as being good by the media.
You can still enjoy it & be critical, but I do feel they overdid it a bit

@@StoriesWithPrentice Exactly… and it’s Better than She Hulk in 2022!! Sad

Sometimes I think people should just enjoy the lighthearted fun of this cause dark times are definitely on the way given what we know about the MCU lineup for the next 2-3 years.
you get wath they are doing, great, still boring show tho

People got it, but the show sucks even at being silly or funny
Also people need to realize this is just the beginning for the character. For fuck sakes let her have an arc.
@@Thurrak what's her arc? Even the lawyer cases are boring. Her arc of dating and trying to not be the Hulk?
The problem is this show should be dumped all at once.... You have to wait an entire whole week for something pointless and so disappointing is frustrating !
@@SpyJamz yeah.... The MCU spends 100s of millions of dollars for a sitcom

Yeah....feels like a sitcom with bad CGI
I can relate to that feeling of waiting for this show to start going somewhere, but I think I understand why we feel that way. Marvel’s Disney+ shows for the most part are really long movies broken into 6 or 9 parts. So when we watch them, we can see the storyline developing. But She-Hulk is not shot like that. It’s more like a traditional sitcom. Every week we have a different story, with new characters, and a subtle subplot that will resolve itself at the end of the season. So it’s not like anything Marvel has made thus far, and that has been throwing me off. What do you guys think?
I think if people are having fun with the show they should just keep watching and see where it goes before jumping to conclusions.

“And we seen realised that none of us were adept at writing, rousing court room scenes.”- the flipping writers of a lawyer super hero show
Are you guys taking this show too seriously?

Man I forgot it and than jaby "fortify your mind" lol that will always be so funny to me lol
People are so capricious. They want to see the characters get humanized and see them in their day to day life so much; now that they do exactly that and people are complaining " I dont care who she's dating blah blah blah...i wanna see the action". Whatever, can't please them all
Yes, we wanna see it, but done well with smart writing, this isn't it
Isn’t criminal and civil law separate in the US? Is using a copyrighted name a criminal case? Would Jen need a civil lawyer to fight this? Maybe where Murdock comes in?
This was my favorite episode so far
8:00 I saw the reaction collabo by J2O and went STRAIGHT TO THIS PART HAHAHAHAHAHA 😂!
Is the soul reaper mention in the courtroom reference to Ghost rider?
Love your guys reaction to She-Hulk episode 4 I myself saw the episode too it was great to see Wong and more Magic and Madisynn she was so hilarious and like the best part of this whole entire episode and the question is what happened to Bruce The Hulk and who were those Construction thugs with the power weapons that fought She-Hulk in the previous episode like who's the Boss, this show is getting very interesting by the minute and I can't wait to see your guys reaction to episode 5 next week💚💚💚💚💚💚
Jaby: 'I've had them on my channel'
I felt that...
Loving Wong's clubbing bestie
Yeah. The writers admitted that none of them actually knows how to write court cases and such so the cases being "dumb" is to be expected unfortunately.
Jaby is taking this WAY too serious, it's just a fun lawyer show (cheesy caricature comic book sitcom)
@GETJaby,
I like that we're getting Jennifer Walter's life before we get She-Hulk's and I think that's what the series is doing.
I loved your reactions, the CGI is amazingly awesome. I found out that Metsphisto is still around in the MCU universe.
Jaby, Could you please tell us ..Will this show become better as i see more episodes or is this the jist of the whole show.
Since you already have seen the show completely ☺️
Didn't Jessica Gao say somewhere that she is not great at writing the court scenes but she is doing a lawyer tv show...lol
Wong must be the one who is lucky in love and for his great art of conquest and magic too!🥺🥺
"Cheap human tricks" sounds like maybe Wong is saying he's not human. Secret Invasion tie in? Hmmmmm.
Think this might be the best episode of the show so far, or at least the one I enjoyed the most. Hope it keeps this up
I'm loving this show.its just really funny for now and don't think everything have to have some world ending consequences or bigger meaning.
It can just be a adventure of she hulks day to day life dealing with super powered individual.
Right but if you dont have an overarching story then whats the point. You can have a Bigger story without making it world ending
@@Captianmex1C0 they don’t need to !They’ve done those enough already !
@@fahimalfaisal7781 Not Cameos or tie ins headass, literally just an ending point for the plot
Feels like Wong deserves a show
I loved watching Jaby see right through that doctor from the very beginning.
Love Tatiana Maslany as an actress but this show is what it is. Maybe it's because it doesn't feel important as part of the bigger picture MCU wise.
The show was described as EPISODE of the week. That’s what we are getting. I’d prefer something else. But for what it is I’m enjoying myself.
You didn't complain about the dating scene in the trailer when you reacted to it.
Hello 👋 first here , love you all , love to watch your reactions guys..!!
MADISYNN & WONGERS, BFF!!!
Can someone tell me where is Baron Mordo? Isn't he on a killing rampage on people mis-using magic? We've had No way home, multiverse of madness and now this and still no Mordo in sight.
Like for a split second, I thought we were gonna have a Ghost Rider cameo, I thought he said Johnny Blaze🥲🥲
Name Donny blaze and madisynn made deal with daemon, is it a nod to ghost rider ???
Maybe I'm just getting old and easy to please. I loved the episode.
“we’ve met this person like, out in LA”
“i’ve had them in my channel”
💀
Didn't Donny Blaze conger that bird w/o the sling-ring?
You guys need to react Sri Asih Official Trailer. Sri Asih is the second movie from Bumilangit Cinematic Universe (Indonesia Superheroes) the first one is call Gundala it come out 2019 ago.
there's actually is a 6'-5" woman who they use for the she hulk stand-in when they do she-hulk cgi
