Yum! I need to try the 2 ingredient dough bombs. I never had good luck with the dough in the past but I recently tried again and it came out perfect. I think it’s the yogurt I used this time. We used it for bruschetta and a focaccia-style bread. The possibilities are endless!
That dough works really well in the bombs! I have had some issues with the 2 ingredient dough myself in the past. The yogurt I always use now seems to work well in it, I use the Members mark brand from Sam's. I've also learned to use a little less yogurt to flour and that works too. I noticed you use red onion in your dishes, do you dislike white, yellow onions? Just curious I only use red onions on salads and sandwiches, I never thought of cooking with them.
I mainly use red onions because that is what I buy for things like salads and sandwiches too. I use a lot in that kind of thing, so it is what I usually have on hand. I think they work well to cook with too but I love all onions😊
