1) 1:48 big-nose dude hands little boy a weapon that is called morgenstern (google it up), the boy uses it as an instrument to get attention, but after each use it gets bigger, until boy becomes a prisoner of instrument that served him (3:48) and now chases him in form of this weird crawling shit (3:57)
that dude who gave him morgenstern in the first place looks kinda like oxxxy, and Morgen said that he was a fan
2) 3:03 there's a saying "don't bite a hand that feeds you", which is exactly what the boy does, as a consequence he's thrown away like Morgen from Russia by the government. Oxxxy's trying to tell us that Morgen used to be on federal TV channels and all, he was popular, but he did shit couple of times and had to left Russia, cuz gov tried to lock him in jail
3) 5:03 reference to Eminem, oxxxy calls him MorgenSTAN and saying that his diss was just a love letter (reminds me of MGK vs Em)
4) 6:13 oxxxy says smth like "you wanna go back so bad, but they don't need you anymore they got SHAMAN", SHAMAN is an artist back in russia who's working for government, glorifies war and makes a lot of money
5) 6:43 "you're a satire one a SATYR" (like morgen immitates the immitation of oxxxy)
6) 7:05 oxxxy says that Morgen was trying to get a feat with him on every album and hated oxxxy after every denial
7) 11:10 people believe that the voice message in "Dirt" (one of the tracks from oxxxy's latest album) has Morgen's voice, but truth is oxxxy found somebody with pretty similar voice and everyone bought it
8) 11:26 after Morgen confronted the gov all the main artists don't want to feat. with him for their own safety and all he's left with is Timati, AK-47, Coca (like Klava Koka) and Soda (SODA LUV)
9) 11:50 the accurate translation would be like "your ex-close-ones are far away now, but watch out the new-close-ones are dumbasses" because word "недалёкий" in russian means both something that is close and if it's about some person "недалёкий" means dumb
10) 12:00 it's a reference to Morgen's interview to Dmitry Gordon (Ukrainian interviewer), I didn't watch it so I don't get it as well, but it has something to do with his father being alcoholic

Morgenstern is the name of the weapon. A bulova with gypsies on a chain.
In the introduction, little Alisher gets this weapon. And starts waving it in all directions (behaving defiantly) to get noticed. He gets noticed and starts waving harder and the weapon starts to grow into a huge ball. So he's on the balloon, like Mali Cyrus, halfway up, covered in money. Eventually he became so conspicuous that even the government started feeding him by hand.
The hand starts to feed Alisher, but he can't get enough and bites the hand that feeds him.
Eventually the hand throws him out (in real life he is prosecuted and flees the country).
This shows that the instrument itself has already become a monster that drags Alisher along with it, even if he doesn't want to.
By this, Miron means that even if Alisher no longer wants to be Morgen, there is nothing he can do, because he is already so caught up in it that it is beyond him.
Alisher is allegedly a hostage to his weapon - his image. And since Alisher, as Morgenstern, has done so many different and loud things during this time, he can't just stop, because the monster he spawned is not easy to stop.

Morgenstern was the biggest artist in Russia for a while. He's definitely on his way down right now. His recent mvs aren't anywhere near his peak popularity views wise, straight up. Also, the girl is Dilyara - Morgen's ex wife, she's talking about how they broke up bc Morgenstern changed quite a lot due to his media dependency (addicted to fame, views, streams etc etc...), got depressed, which made his other tendencies even worse (Morgen is famous for his extremely unhealthy lifestyle, like other many young popular rap artists). This contradicts Morgen's famously laid back, don't give a fuck attitude and reputation as just a troll content creator. Also, Oxxxy talks about Morgen's father who, as Morgen said in an interview, was depressed, got screwed over by his friends, went broke and drank himself to death (RIP). So Oxxxy is pointing out how they're going to have similar fates if he doesn't change something about his lifestyle.
