I really enjoyed your wonderful video. Straight to the point with no unnecessary fluff! Your instructions are very clear and spot on. Recipes are very easy to follow and small kids can be involved in the mixing and shaping process. I’m going to try this wonderful recipe with my grandson tomorrow. Love your videos. Have watched thousands (many with excellent recipes as well) but this is the very first one I’m commenting and commending especially for the very well thought out videography, wonderfully easy recipes and very clear instructions. Looking forward to more! Thank you very much.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment! It truly made my day! :) I'm especially happy that you basically like everything I aim to achieve in my videos. Can't wait to share more content!
Wonderful videos, as always! I want to make these for friends this week. I notice that your rice looks hot when you add it to the salmon, is this important?

It doesn't have to be hot, but I think it's easier to mix salmon and rice while it's hot!
So when making Onigiri you don't use rice seasoning? like in sushi?
Thank you for the question! No, rice balls are made with plain rice (not vinegared like sushi rice)
