When it gets bad like that, send up a gratitude if for no other reason than you're here to have to deal with it. It may sound crazy but I promise it's true. I had almost given up on life and I was mad AF at God. It got me nowhere. I asked for direction and all that came to me was a flood of gratitude. When I started being grateful in difficult moments instead of feeling angry, or cheated, or unimportant, or or or... I'm not kidding everything started to fix itself quicker and quicker and quicker. We all have bad shit happen and it doesn't need to be compared to other bad shit to be justified or nullified. It's bad because it's ours. And that's okay. Just try to find one good thing in that moment, about any part of your life and thank the lord for that instead. Somehow it will start getting better. Trust the process. Have faith in the journey.
