Intention is so hard to prove though, so I think thats why they are not banning for exploits and I think your logic on the augment clearly being unintional is wrong too. Like with cosmic GP you could argue that his ability lasts for 3 seconds hence why he gets to cast constantly, because essentially its only 1 second downtime, at least that's what I've seen other people say. Also is it really better to play a vladimir for 3 black rose over nunu for experiment on your main tank (and WW) and bruiser?
I can see this point of view though I'm pretty sure it had no downtime at all (the bug was his mana required for ability turned to zero so he was just casting as soon as he could) Think its pretty close but 3 experi better

Hadn't seen the bug before, but yeah that guy was no doubt abusing, so I think you are right in what you said in this vid ^^ Also thanks for clarifying with the Nunu question, you seem like an extremely strong player, so was just wondering if I was downright delusional since my peak is only emerald x) Learned a lot from watching your videos recently tbh
