Camille Rose makes you see the light: hair CAN be moisturised for 7 days. Curls Dynasty is quality. You see it when the product goes on the hair. Now tha Adwoa Will be at Sephora 🤔
Definitely in that stage now where I'm really trying to buckle down and find my holy grail products!! A few of them would be the Mielle Babassu mint Deep Conditioner, the Hollywood Beauty Olive Cholesterol deep conditioner ,the Aunt Jackie's oh so clean shampoo & the mane choice heavenly halo prepoo. Those first 3 have held it down for me for years , but the last one has been my jam the last few months. If I had stop buying my other products, those 4 would have to be part of my routine forever
"This some good silicone right here!" girl you are funny.😂 Yes I totally agree with you about Camille Rose almond jai and curl love. You look really cute! Some my staple products are the Shea Moisture low porosity shampoo and conditioner, Kinky Curly knot today leave in, and Qhemet Biologics burdock root butter cream and cocoa tree detangling ghee.
kalena Glory 1st off the list of oils in this mixture is different from other oils and it’s still light. It’s absorbs into my scalp/hair and it feels amazing on my scalp. It gives you a cooling feeling.
Glad Adwoa is going to be in Sephora because I always pay for the one year free shipping with them. I love and have those 3 Camille Rose products. I love Miche Strengthen too.
Qhemet Biologics is my splurge Line, Oyin Handmade has been my go to for yearsssssss over 10, right now I’m using in combination with the Oyin Honey Hemp Conditioner, Honey Dew, and Juices and Berries with Ayurvedic regimen and I am really seeing how it’s all getting my hair back on track and holding moisture (without using a lot or heavy stylers) I’m excited to see how it all ends after a 6 week regimen. Henna Sooq has great Ayurvedic Hair washes and co washes ideal for prepping the hair and then co washing to remove the herb masks, and I can use my go to products with it and I’m loving the combination. Quality ingredients truly matters and why I have the list I do. Not that others weren’t good but like you said, I’m not repurchasing them. 💙💙💙
My go to right now is the Uniqurl 4 in 1 styler. It totally changed the game for me. I was very skeptical about a product being able to do so many things. But when I tell you no lies were told on the label-It really is a 4 in 1 product! It is one of the best detanglers I own. And it keeps my twists juicy and moisturized. I do pair it with a leave in from a local brand called Tangles n Beyond that I was using exclusively for a few months before trying Uniqurl. And adding that leave in just takes the moisture to the next level. But I have used the Uniqurl 4 in 1 styler with their oil as my only other product and had good results. I have always wanted to try the 2 products you mentioned from Camille Rose but have never picked them up. I also plan to try Adwoa Beauty once they’re on shelves in Sephora because I’ve heard nothing but great things about them. I am on an Uniqurl high now. But when I decide to switch it up, I will probably try CRN next. Great video Gina!
Nicole Michael I don’t know how I feel about the uniqurl. I feel like I got a bad batch. I kinda want to buy it not on sale. I think the back Friday sale was her first time doing such a large sell and their may have been some inconsistencies in the popular products
I love Camille Rose products especially the Clean Rinse, Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse, Oud Rich Infusion Treatment, Coconut Water Leave In, Honey Hydrate, and Curl maker. I'm on the email list for the Adwoa Beauty sampler pack so Im very excited that it's coming to Sephora. I ordered the sample pack from Miche and I'm just waiting for it to arrive in the mail.
I have been wondering what your staple products were. Thank you for this video! Update: Mielle Babassu & Mint DC, Olive Oil ECO and Argan Oil ECO are also in my staple hair products those are my holy grail products
Yes sis that Miche deep conditioner is all that I will purchase it makes my 4c hair feel like 3b hair what I think 3b hair feels like love love love it
This just goes to show you how unique and individual hair textures can be, cuz I agreed with you up until the Camille Rose. The Curl Love Milk is ok, but the Coconut Water Leave In definitely tops that one for me. It seems like everyone’s hair loves that product except for mine 😥
One Flower Lover Yeah, I haven’t had much luck with the original line. The Coconut Water one is the only one that really works for my hair but they don’t even sell it at Target anymore and it’s not sold at Sally’s with the rest of their products for some reason
Honey I put that curl love on my hair one day and literally was like WTF is this out loud😂😂😂😂but my hair LOVES the almond jai twisting butter and the coco nibs and honey growth oil. I use the curl love on my kids hair (my kids are multiracial and have the type 3 curls) and their hair loves it but it’s a hard pass for me.
WOW! We use a lot of the same products! Camille Rose Almond Jai butter and Curl love milk! My #1 styling butter and midweek moisturizer , they haven’t failed me yet! The sweet ginger cleanser is great too! I’ve been trying to get Adwoa products via online, they were always sold out! Now that they’re at Sephora I have a better chance at getting them. As I am Coconut cowash is my staple and the cleansing pudding for those who don’t need to get that stripped feeling after a shampoo. I love deep conditioners too, Mielle babasu mint CD is #1 and IS always in my stash, TGIN miracle mask is a good one as well, I never allow myself to run out of either one. I have Soultanicals Afrotastic DC but haven’t tried it yet. You may want to try Camille Rose Algae Renew DC and her Cocoa Nibs & Honey growth serum too! It’s good stuff! 👍🏾
Soultanicals 🙌🏾🙌🏾. I purchased two of those afrotastic because every time I looked it was sold out lol. I haven’t used yet. Today is wash day so I’m going to try it especially since I’m doing a henna gloss treatment.
Adwoa is also my holy grail. Got it in a curlbox and tried it for the first time and immediately cancelled my curlbox subscription because I don’t need nothing else!
One day I'll have a staple/holy grail collection 😂. I always struggle with leave ins and butters. Gels too. I rarely use gels or butters tho. My hair is always in twists and ponytails. Or braids in the summer and fall. My go to brands currently are Curls Dynasty and Mielle. I've used Mielle since the start of my hair journey
The Camille Rose Almond Jai, Curl Love Curls Dynasty Kalahari Leave In, Twisted Definition and Mielle Organics Babassu and Mint DC are all in my staples. I have the full lines of Adwoa Beauty and Miche in my stash but have yet to use them. I hope I love Adwoa as much as everyone else. I already have backups of them. Also for your wash n go try out the Hydra Curlformer gel that evaniwithav was talking about. I think you'll love it. It's a bit pricey but definitely a staple in my stash. TFS
thanks so much for your comment! I loved the Hydra Curlformer too and thought they were out of business. Thanks to your suggestion I ran over to the website and bought a 3 jar bundle! lol. Best stuff ever! Love this natural hair community!!!
I have just tried the Almond Jai twisting butter for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I agree, it is AMAZEBALLS!! I also love their cream aloe gel, and the gel.
I've become so simple and lazy with my natural hair journey now. I streamed lined everything. I got just 2 brands im currently using. But this quarantine got me wanting to revisit some oldies. Im thinking about trying kinky curly knot today again. It's been years and years since i've used that line
I’m listening and liking the products you mentioned and I’m sad cus I’m out of the almond jai twisting butter. However, I cannot stop looking at ur puff and those side curls. It’s just soooooo cuteee😍😍😍
I saw your blog and I’m in Houston too....well Missouri City, but you know what it is! I agree with your comments about Adwoa, Camille Rose and Mielle. I feel a little guilty because Camille Rose has always been a staple that I could count on but Adwoa is giving me slightly better results 🤫🤭. Thanks Gina! Maybe I’ll see you around and we’ll chat!
Another fellow Houstonian here. I love the Camille Rose. But I want to try something new. I don't know about Adwoa. It's sooo expensive. I heard a lot of good things Curls Dynasty. Has anyone tried Chocolate Kinks and Curls, Bask and Bloom or Curls and Potions? Honeys Handmade and Soultanicals are hit and miss with me. Recommendations?
soultanicals hibiscus hair healer and master hair cleanse are BAE. the mane choice ancient egyptian oil and leave in, heavenly halo serum and peach black tea DC. can’t live without these products
Staples for me Knot Sauce, Curl & Style milk for leave ins. As I Am cowashes. Wetline & KCCC for gels. Healthy hair butter for twists. Popping pineapple collection oil and alikay naturals hair growth oil. I really love Whitney’s products but I hate paying for shipping 😂 if they were ground items for me they would definitely be on my list.
Love Camille Rose coconut water line. I haven’t heard of Adwoa might have to see if they have a good Black Friday sale when the time comes. So do you use the entire line for one wash day or do you mix with other lines depending on your regimen?
I have that soultanicals afrotastic deep conditioner I can’t wait to try it!! I got mine off amazon if you ever can’t find it where you normally get it
Yes to Adwoa Beauty. People are sleep on that line. The leave in conditioner is fire and I cannot be without it now. Thanks for putting me on. I like to pair it with the Melanin haircare twisting cream.
Great review. I have been piece milling products together for too many years, but now I want to use one line for everything and it must be available locally. The first complete line I purchased was Mo Knows Hair and my hair likes the products. I will buy the Camille Rose product line next.
I don't know....the Camille Rose Curl Love made my hair dry, and I put it on my hair *after deep conditioning* 😔 I love the ingredients, I love the scent,I love the product... but my hair was dry! 😭 I used the whole bottle trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong or if I was crazy...Any tips???
I love camille rose clean rinse, almond jai and curl love, also camille rose coconut water line, mielle babassu dc and soultanicals afrotastic, miche indulge I love, I have strengthen but haven't used it yet and adowa is on my wishlist. Love your videos keep'em coming❤
TFS!!! Once i solidify my staples and regimen, i might give adwoa a try with all this hype lol Obia naturals custard is bomb, their therapy hair mask is really good too and product my hair back to life a few times. The verdict is still out on the Curl moisture cream for me. Camille Rose customer service is bad...unless that changes, I will no longer be supporting them. Soultanicals Afrostatic as a staple for me as well! Your packaging for it looks different though when did you buy that one? Curl junkie daily fix cowash is really good. Might look into the welting gel, one day lol
Great best of products!!! Do yourself a favor and try Smooth Naturals.... the deep conditioner , leave in , moisturizer give the most moisture I have experienced. Every product in this line is fabulous... the gel is good but requires some assistance from Wetline to give the best long lasting wash & go! Would 💕 to see u try it!
Curls dynasty line is my holy grail. It’s the first brand I’ve tried and loved like every product. I love the EDEN body works peppermint shampoo. I’m still working out my staples though because I think I need to make some changes though. I need a clarifying shampoo and a moisturizing deep conditioner.
You look really cute Gina! I've been consistently purchasing the lemongrass collection from Alikay and the shampoo from TGIN. So I guess those are what I would consider to be my holy grail. I'm also liking some items from Curls Dynasty, Miche, and Mielle as well. I think I'd like to get to the point where I have 2 HG shampoos, 2 HG leave-ins, etc.
I like a lot of products, but I regularly repurchase: Miche, Obia Naturals, CRN curl love, Oyin hair dew, Oyin juices and berries, MC heavenly Halo collection, Wetline, UFD gel. I don't really have a staple cream styler. I'm definitely purchasing the Adwoa line very soon.

You should try out their Hibiscus Hair Healer, I know you'll love it! It makes your hair even softer than Chebe, but that one is still bae. Camille Rose is baeeeeee
Get a life
Girl, that Camille Rose curl love is life! It smells like vanilla icing & I love itttt.
Camille Rose makes you see the light: hair CAN be moisturised for 7 days. Curls Dynasty is quality. You see it when the product goes on the hair. Now tha Adwoa Will be at Sephora 🤔
Your hair looks sooo good! Hope you recorded how you did this!
Wish the products were tagged or listed somewhere! But I loved the video just had to keep going through since I’m unfamiliar with some of these lines
Metria D. It’s in the description box. Sometimes you just have to remind me.
@@OneSmartFro Thank you for sharing Sis!!

@@OneSmartFro So Gina if that conditioner was a man would you marry him? 'Cause you're clearly in love! Lol🤣😂🤣🤣
I absolutely love Adwoa Beauty!!! Before the price on the oil went up I bought about 6 of them lol it’s worth it though.
D Boone Can you tell me why you love the oil, and how do you use it?
kalena Glory 1st off the list of oils in this mixture is different from other oils and it’s still light. It’s absorbs into my scalp/hair and it feels amazing on my scalp. It gives you a cooling feeling.

That Treluxe cream is LIFE!! It surprised me!! And I totally agree about Adwoa...top notch!
Just K definitely took me by surprise as well. Such a good product

I love the As I Am Long and Luxe Curl Enhancing Smoothie and the GroYogurt Leave in, I'm so heavy handed with both and I never get flakes.

Girl I would love Curls Dynasty shampoo and DC they are must haves along with the styling products. Have you tried their gels ?
Glad I just found your channel. You are very thorough and I appreciate that..new subbie
Camille Rose🥰🥰🥰 and the Curl Maker... Wow
Please could you list them in the description below thanks
I don't know....the Camille Rose Curl Love made my hair dry, and I put it on my hair *after deep conditioning* 😔
I love the ingredients, I love the scent,I love the product... but my hair was dry! 😭 I used the whole bottle trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong or if I was crazy...Any tips???

Soultanicals Afrostatic as a staple for me as well! Your packaging for it looks different though when did you buy that one?
Curl junkie daily fix cowash is really good.

Cyrls Dynasty is also my holy grail. If you like them, you may also like Kinky Tresses and Mane Krush.
Yes camille rose and eden body works set the standard for me too and now cheaper products are starting to have better ingredients...
You look really cute Gina! I've been consistently purchasing the lemongrass collection from Alikay and the shampoo from TGIN. So I guess those are what I would consider to be my holy grail. Chaniece Vaughns the lemongrass collection is nice. That super twisting butter is on my repurchase list when I get rid of some products
Belinda Sanders I have some Oyin products that I need to break open.
@@OneSmartFro I hope you enjoy them.
Took notes now ready for some wash day videos 🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for sharing. I notice your hair loves protein. The deep conditioners that you raved about the most go contain protein. My hair like them but in moderate use. What is your hair’s porosity please?
Can you list in the description box
Yes to everything on this list! You put me onto Soultanicals DC's and I've never looked back! I started with Chebe Ginger, then Afrotastic, and bought every one since. You should try out their Hibiscus Hair Healer, I know you'll love it! It makes your hair even softer than Chebe, but that one is still bae. If I had to stick with one brand for DC's, I'd be content with Soultanicals. But product junkie-ism won't allow that. Lol.
Olivia Fitz I agree with soultanicals
Soultanicals I will repurchase sale or no sale. Love this line.. second best is miche beauty. So done.
Second the Soultanicals. They keep me in a panic bc it's always sold out! I love the deep conditioners AND the Butter shampoos. Periodt.
Details on your hair style please
Why is she looking like she is about to cry ?
The Mielle is a protein based conditioner right? How often do you use it?
I'm still salty over Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner being discontinued. Have you ever tried it? If so, do you know of anything that compares?
I love Honey's Homemade which you recommended.
...and definitely can't be without my TGIN Shampoo & Replenishing Conditioner. After I transitioned it was the only thing that worked for me. The aloe vera & silicones I realized didn't work for me & built up over time.
Great information, thank you for sharing 😁
Your hair looks great
Girl your hair here is bomb 💣 and fly
Your hair in this video!!
Those are some great products. I wanna try Adwoa B. So bad but the way my coins are set up loll.
New to your channel, did you know the banner on your youtube page says @onsmartfro? that page on instagram is blank.
how did you achieve the hairstyle you have in this video ?
i was more focused on your puff. it's beautiful 😍
Do you not still use kinky-curly come clean shampoo that you also recommended as a clarifying shsmpoo?
PreciousOne777 yeah I still use it
Do you clay wash?
Take a shot every time she says 'products', lol
i shouldn't have read your comment before watching, now I'm hyper aware lol
Disney Toys R 4 Fun 😂 so true, I wonder why that is?? 🤣
Good content on your fav 😉
Are you low porosity?
Hi thank you for sharing.
How do you spell the first product line?
What’s the ratio per month that you use a cowash versus the Camille Rose clarifying shampoo?
Ryan Owens i rarely co-wash. If I’m not using a clarifying shampoo. I’m using a moisturizing one. I may co-wash when i try so products and my hair doesn’t last all week.
That curls dynasty leave in is everything
High or low porosity hair?
Am I using the curl love wrong 😭😭😭? My hair hates it 🤦🏿♀️
Mine too
unicorn mama I’ve tried doing everything but it just ain’t for me
