@@joshuasims5421 Its a lot of work for a inconsistent number, can't even oneshot vstars and pidgeot. And since the deck space for this deck is pretty tight we will need to see how to fit 2/3 ogerpons + a few stadium + obligatory maximum belt if you want a oneshot.
Grass people are on the rise, and they want to weed out the dark ones like the zards and ancient ones.
The deck itself is pretty nice and adding bug catching set can help torterra and other grass pokemon to keep up the pace.

Man, this is an awesome build for Torterra, especially with the fact that u can use bug catching set to find a grass Pokemon and grass energy. It's pretty cool to know that u can either play hero's cape or maximum belt tho, but other than that... this is an amazing list! Thanks for showing it off, and as always: keep up the great work on your content!
I hate how this deck is strictly worse than terapagos ex. Should have given it one shot potential with 40X each bench pokemon on a 8 pokemon bench.

The whole game being design around Charizard crippled grass type ofensive options so Zard could shine. And now that Zard isn't that popular, the nerfed grass damage can barely keep up with other mons because most of the damage is capped at 180/170

I’ve seen the single prize torterra do better versus the big swingers like Raging Bolt because it can hit hard enough with evopress. And your bench is all evo anyway. Might need more super rods though. Needs testing
Why do people use turo over penny? Is there a benefit in the deck with your tools and energy going to discard instead of back in hand?

I love torterra! Its still a little slow but its super tanky when it sets up and hits hard, and can full heal with whimsicott, and a baby shaymin for a pivot and it sniped
I like playing the toedcruel instead of rabsca, it’s a little more setup cuz of the energy requirement, but it protects from all effects(roaring moon Ohko)

You know the Water-based daily quests they make you do this month ? It dawns on me that Bug Catching Set is the same as Candice except it is an Item (instead of Supporter) and for Grass (instead of Water) 😅 It seems like they decide Grass decks need the support, though i wonder if they are overdoing it with both this card AND Ogerpon ex in the format 😂
Are there any defensive cards that could help with the Raging Bolt matchup, or grass Pokemon?

I want this deck to be good so bad. I'm tired of playing against Charizard EX, so I've been looking for grass decks. I built this and it's just not good. Very inconsistent

Why do you have to check the discard pile 6 to ten times per turn?? It's sooooo much. You already said in a previous video checking too much breaks the game and it's so annoying. That means in a game of 6 turns you check it at least 36 to 60 times. Bro just relax. You don't need to look at the discard if no one played a card, or every time someone plays a card.

Probably the same reason that players will shuffle through their hands about 100x per game during IRL matches. Nerves. With doing so on Live not affecting the flow of the game, there’s nothing wrong with it - I doubt he actually does that IRL. If it bothers you that much, there’s plenty of other players on YT you can watch.
