@@Californian423 o bhai... Read carefully the arabic script its clearly written sadaqa... Not zakat... U learn to read arabic first... U should know there is a difference between sadqah and zakat... Sadqa can be given to the non Muslims but for zakat u can give to non Muslim only in 1 conditions that is if and if there is no needy muslim left far and far around u... And if u give money to non Muslim that will be considered sadqah not zakat
This lady needs to go back and study Quran surah Tawbah verse 60. Which clearly mentions non Muslims ( moalla fa te quloobuhum) people who will or may become Muslims jin ka dil parchana Maqsood ya manzoor hay as Musaraf e zakat. You can give zakat to non Muslims per above mentioned aya. Her koi munh utha ke Quran ko apni tarf se tahreef karta hay.
