An eloquent summation , a well deserved sentence for crimes born out of ego and delusion . She only has two people to blame , herself and 45 .
I'll say this much for Trump. The number of lives that have been absolutely ruined in his name is mind-blowing!
It was bad enough when he was just a horrible businessman who refused to pay people he hired. Then he decided the easiest way to look (and worse) at naked 15 year old girls was buying beauty pageants.
Now his narcissism has gotten so off the deep-end that he's telling the American people there will be bloodshed whether he wins or not.

She had a spotless, criminal history and it’s a nonviolent crime. Given her total lack of remorse I think it’s fair.

Betraying and disenfranchising voters by egregiously violating her oath of office, favoring her own beliefs, as well as her craven attitude and brazen behaviors where she repeatedly thumbed her nose and mouth at the laws and judicial system by doing whatever she damn well wanted is unacceptable. She's nothing but a high-browed, know nothing, low life. A long dose of prison life with few liberties should eventually strip her of her dignity, show her who is boss and the errors of her ways.

As a criminal defense lawyer for over 30 years I have listened to an unfortunate number of sentencing pronouncements. I have never heard one as thoughtful, as well-reasoned and as grounded in the American principles of criminal law as this. I also learned more about the defendant than I knew before which helped the logic behind this sentence transparent. Justice is a balm.

This Judge did an exceptional job at explaining the reasoning behind the sentence, and that is the real purpose and value of televised proceedings.
And a credit to her lawyer for giving earnest and zealous legal representation to the very end, as prescribed by our blessed and beloved Constitution (even if they were in the forms of muling mewling Hail Marys)

The judge was just and eloquent and did not deviate from his responsibility to hand down a sentence that included incarceration. He truly deserves the title of “Your Honor.”

I think, as best as able, he was. Note he was VERY careful to keep anything that could even be interpreted as cause for appeal out of his mouth, but you got the message.

16. Kamala refused the death penalty for the man that murdered San Francisco Police Officer Isaac Anthony Espinoza, 29 years old and injured his partner. Police departments begged for the death penalty. This might have been why Kamala wanted to defund the police. However Kamala did fight for the death penalty for Ernest Dewayne Jones.
