I think noise is laughing because he's mexican and, like, "Pepino" is the word for pickle in spanish, and it's pronunced exactly the same as Peppino, wait let me make that into a comment, not a reply

@@skellix_ well, "pepe" is short for "Giuseppe". "Pepinno" means "little pepe" in Italian.
If you take off one "n" it becomes "Pepino" which means "cucumber" in other languages such as Spanish and Portuguese.
