Ingredients
Fillo dough - 250 grams
Zucchini - 1 pc
Green onion - 1 stalk
Green garlic - 1 stick
Cheese - 200 grams
Eggs - 1 pc
Dill
Butter - 10 grams
Olive oil - 20 ml
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Method of preparation
We prepare the filling for the patties.
Grate one zucchini on a coarse grater.
We heat a little olive oil or oil in a pan and fry the grated zucchini together with the green onions and garlic, which we cut into small pieces. We salt. Fry on moderate heat for 8 minutes. Add the finely chopped dill and turn off the heat.
After it cools down a bit, add the crushed cheese and the egg.
We mix well.
Place the filling on 2 sheets of pie crust, roll up as shown in the video above.
Arrange the finished rolls in a tray greased with oil.
We spread the roll with melted butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
