You can have one personal item (bag, backpack) and one carry on and then don't check - at least they didn't check me on all 4 flights i took with them recently :)
yes and they didn't ask for vaccination certificate, but ladies at the Warsaw airport told me that if I wouldn't show them my US passport they would need my certificate

I think you missed it, it's at 3:46 - it doesn't recline much honestly - I had it reclined the whole flight and you can barely tell
