A few summers ago I was travelling for like 3 weeks and my body couldn't understand what we were doing anymore, not to mention my skin started to get out of control.
My mental health has lead to me discarding my self care, it is difficult to admit. these types of videos help me soo much to pick me up, even small things like lotion or a hair mask!💗thank you so much
I’ve read that glue on nails last longer if you don’t get them wet for hours after. I always leave that as my last step to my self care day. Love love love your videos
I love the nails but would recommend getting a big UV light because you could get a gel allergy bc the light that you are using is for gel x nails so that light halfway cures them to just hold them in place while your doing all your nails and then you cure them with a big UV light hope it helps !
