Nice to see the full-size boys come play on the tight, technical trails. That ford on Swampers is probably my favorite but the PW with rear-steer is pretty dope too.

I agree. That thing is huge. I thought it was a full tube chassis at first, but it looks like there was the original frame in there with some heavy tube trussing. I love the recovery point welded to the pumpkin of the front axle. Those axles are huge. With a big truck with a diesel and huge tires that's what you need. I'd like to see a walk around of it.

That Cherokee (ZJ) was the most capable. Perfect combination of size and set up. The CJ wasn't in the same league as all the others. Needs better gearing and probably still has the three speed auto. The Ford was a beast. The GMC was cool. Shows how much vehicles have grown over the years. It wasn't much larger than a newer mid size truck. The Power Wagon was a monster too.
Cj obviously has a manual. He was revving, slipping, and dumping the clutch the whole time

This reminds me so much of the trails I drive in Ireland, the same granite boulders, same colour soil, same kinda coniferous forest but its forestry plantations, and most of all the rain lots and lots of rain, only difference is we don't have the american rigs, its mostly Toyotas, Suzukis, other Japanese makes, and l*nd r*v*rs we drive.

It’s incredible how these vehicles can do so much. I’ve got my first truck. Ram 1500 RMT package with a 6 inch lift. I’m hoping I can take it out real soon and learn how to go through different types of terrain.
