Iam a steel framer and drywaller. Would like the mazo as I like the size except the main pocket just a wee bit bigger. Sometimes I gotta carry my 2 small c clamps and drywall rasp along with my pliers and snips. I don't like the idea of stepping up to the other 2 size as they look like a bit too much
Best bags out there, I’ve had the Denali xl, now running the artisan with 6 inch belt. Got the mazo on the way for some better light carry options. Keep up the good work lads. From Downunder.
Besides the Niko and Mini Niko and Flux, does anybody use the Miter or another DB bag as a main electrical tool pouch? I dont like the design or layout of the Niko at all.
Would you say the eagle is the best pouch for holding screws? I’m a boarder and we carry big pouches full of screws, often short and long screws at same time
@@dmag85 personally I've been looking at the Wrangell I think it's called. It's got like maybe 4 pouches. Iam a steel framer and border so I like have a variety sometimes self tapping sometimes pointy screws and wafers so that is the one I would go for. If you just need screws only and maybe some hand tools the eagle is good and the axe is good since it's small and probably really light
iam more less ambidextrous when comes to tools but i write with lefthand so natural tape and sq are rightside. waiting to find a mini sq so then it dont matter if messure from left or right ^^
I know these guys have a quality product and many guys love this company, but for some reason fully nylon set-ups look cheap to me for some reason. Im not knocking the brand or the guys that like them its just a preference. My Occidentals are all leather and look beautifully hand crafted, but the downfall is the weight which is absurd.

Would the loop on the Loki fit a Malco tinners hammer good? In and out smooth?
I just ordered a Mazo, thinking it will also fit a Mini Speed Square… is that the case?
Yes.
Awesome was just thinking I haven’t seen a small pouch video. Got the eagle and talon great bags 👍
Awesome! Thank you for choosing Diamondback!
I ended up cutting the 3rd pockets off the Denali. Little bigger than the artisan. I love it
I’d love to see a mini miter with no tape pouch just a tape clip area like on the Loki
Thank you for the feedback, we'll pass that info on to our design team!
That would make it very similar to Loki though.

I would go for the Wrangler
@@codyfrancis4474 what do you think about the Ox for a screw pouch? Or the sxs

Would a non diamondback screw gun hook be compatible with the belt built on the vest?
What is the brand of the screw gun?
@@DiamondbackToolbelts sorry the gun is just a dewalt screw gun but the gun hook brand is called “gunhook” and it just slides on a regular belt
When is the mini niko 2.0 coming out
It's coming soon, be on the lookout for release details!
september
I just bought an older belt off a coworker. Its a lucky and rookie set. How do those compare size wise to whats on the artisan belt?
You bought an older diamondback toolbelt?
Those pouches are the same size as the Loki. A couple inches shorter than Eagle and Miter workout the top pocket
No longer selling the Talon??
Yes, unfortunately we are discontinuing the Talon
@@DiamondbackToolbelts Really? Will there be something to replace it?
Am I the only one who carries his tape and speed square on the dominant side?
If they are not lefties many people prefer to hold both on the left hand and the pencil on the right. But it shouldn´t get fixing rules about that.
No, I do but I'm a weirdo. My right side is my dominant side but I right left handed. 👍
I carry my tape and speed square on my non dominant side.
@@williamo1980 I appreciate the tip. I've been trying to get used to carrying it that way too.
