Although I later understood the explanation from my course but yours shaded more light on it and also explained sometimes I was confused like the inverse of justify content when the flex-direction: column. And you went as far as showing real world cases about 9 in just 40mins, I was wondering how you would do it. But you did it, thanks man. I've been having trouble with the footer 'sticking' to the bottom of the page , I guess the only way I have been able too do it is by giving the body a height. Without specifying a height , i could never get it to work. (maybe that's common knowledge , I'm taking a web dev diploma at the moment , maybe i missed that in my html/css class)
Exactly, the body needs to have a height of at least 100% of the viewport. So in the example in the video the body has the following declaration (height: 100vh).

I accidentally came across ur video on box sizing and border box, I’m coming back to this video if I still don’t understand flex box from my course, 3rd day I’m stuck in flexbox and time is going.
