I think all of them look very well made a despite personal feelings i have about the show i can say with 100% certainty that the people making the props cared and it shows. Good work for matching that quality and care.
Wow, your guns hold up nicely to the "official" one
Jango Fett's armor 3d print files would be awesome cause they have already made his blaster and having the full armor would be so cool.
They should do a tutorial I was asking this when they did the boba get tutorial
i am commenting to boost engagement because i feel like I gotta help you recoup some of the $1,800.00 😆
Wich fillament do you guys use for your 3d models?
Id call it a B prop. The hero is for the main character, the sidekick however doesn't need quite as nice a prop.
Top of the tier list for me is the functional replica prop. In the case of a gun, it's not going to actually shoot, but all the little levers will toggle and stuff, may even have an actual scope on it.
Next tier down I would say is the hero prop. It's going to be your actual use main character maybe lead side character.
After that is going to be a background prop. Not going to be one of the main characters, but the person running across the screen in the background that's the problem they're going to have.
Next tier down would be a stunt prop
Hey guys, I've been loving your files I have printed your rex and cody helment and they look great! I had a question for you. Do you use PLA for your cosplay prints if so do you have any problem with them warping in the sun?
The weathering actually goes overboard on porpoise for the screen used prop.
This is going to be epic
Don’t get me wrong it’s good but seriously for nearly two grand the clip should unload and load a real scope maybe even a laser sight but for what it’s worth it does look pretty good👌🏻
I belive for that price you're paying more for the bragging rights than actual functionality
The official one is a joke, just like the TV series
So I’m guessing no season 3 lol
Bet they do, it's one of Paramount+'s best performing shows
You probably get this a lot, but I’m so inspired by your work currently I’m working on making a clone trooper fives armor (cosplay) thank you for the inspiration I guess
I don't think it really qualifies as a "hero prop" since typically those can within scrutiny up very close ...not really a stunt prop for the reasons you stated as well ...
It's a commando roll if a person does it.
Barrel rolls are for jets.
🤓
Lmao
Nah, I'm built different.
The people that made that don't care about a seam. They also don't care about a fully unpainted plasma pistol mere inches from the camera. Lmao
Other people have pointed out that it was painted vfx grey. That was probably an animation mistake, not a prop mistake.
The art department didnt strike as much as the writers. the ultimate writer strike show. they really just didnt write anything good for the show.
It's intentional though
