This Medieval city would be the perfect setting for documentaries on: The Medici Family, The Borgias, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Italian Catholic Saints, Popes, Roman History depicting Civic Life, the list of historical movies, documentaries that could use these Medieval cities as historical backdrops is endless. Not to mention fictional works like Romeo and Juliet.

It is the Chiesa di S.Maria Assunta. Unfortunately I don´t know the name of the Saint in the glass casket..
