I worked for FedEx Ground and one day I fell off the truck and hurt my back really bad. The owner knew it was a workers compensation case and wasn’t happy. The owner gave me a write up that he made up. He stated that it was FedEx that did it and not him. I told him I could get a lawyer and file a lawsuit. He said, “do it, now because of this write up your integrity is in question.” But then I felt the lord work through me and so I responded with rage. I said, “I don’t know who is doing this to me, but GOD does. And he will bring his Judgement upon them!!!!” He smiled and smirked. The next day his trucks were breaking down and his wife got into an accident with her being at fault. He then looks at me and says, “I guess this is Karma.” I have just left the company yesterday because I felt the Lord speak to me saying, “come out of there, I am going to destroy it!!!!”
@@priscilatetteh9442 it felt involuntary when I said it because I was overwhelmed with the back pain from the fall and the frustration of the owner’s behavior. I felt trapped. But the Almighty took instant action in my favor. I now work for a different contractor who actually shares scripture with me and the previous owner sees me and now hides and avoids me!!!!
I waited a very long time for my enemy to repent. If my enemy repent,I'd be happy. However he will not. If fact he gets worse by the day. It's taking a long time. One day , I was standing at the bus stop and the holy Spirit showed me my enemy caught up in a whirlwind and literally ripped apart. I wasn't happy,just shocked and saddened that some people are SO stubborn that they won't repent even though they're literally going to be destroyed by their reaping what they sow.Its frustrating that they won't repent and are against the Light

Man i am struggling with anger against my enemies, it has been years of sick torment and harassment, not to mention the attempts on my life…. Now my family has been brought into it by them and i am just at my wits end and am angry, i have prayed and prayed for my enemies, and i have forgiven them 10x over because oddly enough, i thought these people were my friends… i know i am not supposed to but i want them punished if they cannot be redeemed. Pray for me please.
I will. Also know that anger can hinder your progression and blessings. We need to focus on the fact that everything we ever worry about concerning revenge is in the Lord's hands and that He has already paid the price. It is frustrating praying for your enemies, but out of love, remember you don't want them to go to hell and that if they still choose wrong, you will be blessed for following God's word and still praying for your enemies even when it looked like there was no end to the torment you were facing because of them. I pray that God changes you heart so that you remember this within: "I am not okay with the way they treated me, but I have deiced to surrender the punishment, the anger, the pain to the one who loves me and abide in His love." This way, we do what is required on our part , we can rest assured that God can save and punish a lot better than we can and have peace in our hearts." (I know the struggle, I'm with you. Do not care about revenge. God will put them to hell. The best thing you can do is to detach, don't hold anything, not grudge, not forgiven. Just know that God protects you and you are free to live a fufilled life. Justice may come late, but it never miss anyone.

I don’t seek revenge, even thou I have wanted God too do so . That was then , now I just want people with no feelings to stop hurting me. The lies the manipulation, to get what they want. It’s changing my personality in a way I don’t particularly enjoy.

Takes 2 people to reconcile. I tried many times, they just want to continue the cycle of dysfunction. Prayed and moving on. Accept it wont be resolved. Waiting for God to be my vindicator but its taking so long I dont think I'll ever see it come to fruition.

But know he’s brainwashed 3 of our kids and know 2 moved in with him and his girlfriend older but I’m struggling especially because I feel the exact same way as ur last few sentences. Please pray for my little guy Nicholas. He has Down syndrome and was born with three holes in his heart fluid on his brain and a spinal cord injury. Now he’s facing another Surgery. He’s learning to walk and is 22 but the size of a 7 year old. I love him soo much. 😢

I have been medically traumatised and destroyed by psychiatrists, who, on top of being condescending/greedy/power and profit-driven, drugged me recklessly, nonchalantly and unapologetically over the course of 14 years, and I am not even 30. Please Lord, in the name of Jesus, deliver Your vengeance and justice in Your will and timing. I am suffering extensive trauma and lingering side effects, and nobody in the system believes me. I have been wronged and accused for things beyond my control. I need healing, and my father who is dying of cancer needs healing too. Please Lord, help us. I am shattered and I feel hopeless.
I would hope God would have as much mercy with my enemies as he would have with me. Pray for those who wrong you forgive them because my God has forgiven me. A clean conscience is a much more peaceful way to live.

I was reprimanded at work for 1 thing and simultaneously removed from my position for another on the same day. I was given a subpar evaluation mixed with some truth and some lies. I feel like it is a direct attack to tarnish my good name and make me appear less credible in case I fight back . I've had a few coworkers to call & tell me that they know I was dealt with unfairly. That makes me feel better but I need God to move on my behalf. I dont want to feel the anger I feel but I do want everyone who had their hand in the attempt at my demise to get revenge. Please pray that God releases me from the contempt i feel for my enemies.
probably because you benefit from being one who doesn't need vengeance, but to be in the spirit of repentance and reconciliation. Just ask many other people around the world, you've probably not suffered much and feel this way because your people have been causing all of the suffering on others.
About evil leaving the house, my evil is gone she was impregnated by another man, she’s out, her, her family, her friends all tried to destroy my name during the process, long story short she received no repercussions for her and their actions, instead she’s been gifted with a new house with the now father, a credit card, etc. and I didn’t even get a remorseful apology. Where’s my justice, she deeply hurt me then tried to Ruin me and prospers and I walk around all day like I’m fine but I’m dead inside, where’s the justice in that
Just a thought-the other day I got a fiber from my sweater in my eye. It was nothing but a nearly invisible clump of fibers from a sweater. The fibers were nearly invisible but I could feel them in my eye, smaller than a penny but causing me intense discomfort. It hurt so bad I had to drop everything and find an eye doctor, I was having anxiety worried about it, it was painful and upsetting and I couldn’t get it out. God can use anything to deal with people who are doing wrong. Something as small and insignificant as a fiber from my sweater getting in my eye causing me trouble, worry, pain, anxiety, fear etc. We may never know what is really happening in The lives of our enemies. This circumstance reminded me of that. Something we would never hear about. They could be suffering internally in their minds and we would never know. With something as insignificant as a fiber off their sweater. I hope this helps someone who thinks evil people are getting away with it. It seems that way but they won’t be able to avoid the law of sowing and reaping. God help us all to sow good seed everyday in every way.

@@kresant1507 Essentially, some people get mad because they see evil people "getting away with" being bad and think that nothing will happen. God is quick to mercy and slow to anger, so he waits for us to turn from our evil. Those who aren't turning from their evil are going to have a bad time when the moment comes to answer for it.
As much as I want God's vengeance to be upon the person who hurt me, I've also been prompted to pray for mercy for him. I'm working on not thinking about God's vengeance but some days I fail.

For those who don’t believe God is all powerful, think again. He sees everything you do. I once threw a construction bolt across the street and thought nothing of it. When I determined not to go pick it up in my head, in a blink of an eye, he caused it to reappear at my Foot. I properly trash the bolt in my van. Think you’ll get away with lawlessness and crime, he can do whatever he wants.
The Lord taught me to petition to him. I forgive in the fact that I am not going to physically retaliate but they will have no place in my life, they are dismissed. I have a mental book, I place their name written with a diamond tipped iron pen in the book of stone. I petition for a certain judgement over the names in this book with a few addendums leaving the ultimate discretion to God. Not all relationships are suppose to be, he allows these things to happen to move these people out of your life BECAUSE they are of THEIR FATHER.
Hello! I and my daughter had to go to court because of her ex trying to get custody of my grand daughter. He has done a lot of things. The courts did not want to hear our side of the story the truth. His lawyer kept saying reject when we tried to tell the truth, so it couldn't come out! Please pray that truth shall prevail and all the cover up and lies will be revealed on her ex and his family that's involved trying to lie and cover up the truth of things! Thanks & God bless!

Recently, his attorney dropped him and told my attorney he's a volatile hothead... but of course they blame the lack of "money" I keep getting temporary restraining orders on him from stalking and harassing me but in the past I was never given the opportunity to really say my side of the story and his attorney kept getting him off the hook, but not anymore! He finally got wise! My ex is very slowly exposing himself and I'm going to keep praying and glorifying Jesus for this because I can sleep at night with a clean conscience.. it's not over yet but there is absolutely light at the end of the tunnel. Praying for you justice will be served, in Jesus name and what's right, is Givin.

Some years ago, a neighbor got mad at me because her teenage son was at my house with a mouth full of swill words. I warned him, then finally sent him home. His mother called me quite often to cuss me out. She also recruited two other gossips. I told God about it. He taught me that I had to first forgive them. He told me to keep myself straight (I had to forgive), and I'll handle the rest. The harrassment stopped. About three years later, I began thinking about that whole mess. I heard, "What has been the disposition of that?" Thinking back, I had heard that the one who called to cyss me out, her husband was killed in a wierd accident. Another of the women spent 6 months in prison for a wierd reason, the third one had traveled with her husband looking fir work. I was amazed and heard, the scriptures above. Never pick on God's kids. He has retribution that you could never think of.

God sees everything im dont worry about how God gets vengeance its his will on how he handles the situation. I just pray that Jesus open there eyes before it's to late and some how there a lesson learned not to mess with anointed child of God . Also God will leave there or person to salvation . God the father and his son Jesus knows what to do and how to handle the situation to draw them to him for salvation... i was assaulted by a college at work, without any reason why he assaulted me(probably racism, ego hatefull desires, i really dont know and dont understand why). I didnt decide to press charges although i suffered a concussion, up to now am recovering. I sincely forgive hem and ive left it to God to deal with hem. I am an Orthodox Christian. Our Church Fathers teach that the opponent to make peace with, is your conscience, given by God, which accuses you when you do evil. We make peace with our conscience by repenting, and stopping the sin. In some cases we must make restitution to the one we sinned against, like Zachaeus who returned the money he had stolen and with extra compensation. If we don't, our conscience will accuse us and will stand against us before the throne of God.
Forgiveness is not acceptance! I have forgiven SOOOO many wrongs against me, and they were very sinful actions. I have forgiven those wrongs against me, which has given me a great freedom, and freed my mind from 'dwelling' on the situations. But, I have not ACCEPTED those actions, which were so sinful, and those same people still live in much sin. ONLY THEY can change their behavior. The YLT says that we are to REFORM after salvation. "Turn" from our wicked ways, etc. We have to be willing to change for the Lord.

You talked about Proverbs 17:13… what I don’t understand is why the evil won’t leave MY house - when I am not the one who did evil for good!! Neither did my husband!!! My sister was very abusive to me when we were growing up, but my parents would not intervene. Just before my husband and I got married, we were at my parents’ house for dinner. My sister still lived at home, and was there as well. She didn’t like something I did, and flew into an abusive rage against me - scratching and biting and kicking me - to the point of drawing blood. Our Mom totally ignored the fighting, but it was the first time that my husband had ever witnessed her flying into a rage. He jumped up and defended me - physically restraining her so that I could get away. (This was what he did good for me) My sister started screaming that he was hurting her, so Mom came running to see what was going on. She quickly realized that my sister was NOT hurt, and went back to finishing the preparations for dinner. I will also say that my husband was trained in proper restraint techniques, as he worked with physically and mentally disabled people of all ages, but mainly children. My sister was a teenager at the time, so he used an age-appropriate forward-facing restraint, holding her just long enough for me to get safely into another room. That took place 36 years ago. WE have suffered horrible things ever since that night. My sister and her husband are very successful, and their children are as well. My children suffer tremendously - each of them enduring different types of things, but each one suffering mightily. My sister and her husband have consistently lied about us throughout the years… and it has come to the point of even estrangement - not only between them and us, but between our children and us, and my parents and us. Even our physical health has been affected so that neither of us can work. They keep telling people it is because we refuse to repent and take responsibility for our actions. The only thing we can think of is that she has held a grudge against my husband for all these years, and that is what she wants him to take responsibility for. Otherwise we have no idea what she is talking about. There ARE things we struggled with early on in our marriage, but those things have been repented of and the matter is settled between the Lord and us. And if she us referring to any of these things, then no, we will not share publicly about them because those matters were taken care of long ago. She has repeatedly identified herself as the “Assistant Holy Spirit” and that God assured her it was “ok to lie if it caused [us] to be held accountable for [our] actions”!😡 WHAT DID WE DO WRONG??? WHY DOES THE ABUSIVE LIAR GO FREE WHILE WE SUFFER????
It sounds like you have a very narcissistic sister, as do I. My little sister would go into a rage, also, when she didn’t get her way and would dig her nails into my forearms!!! I would yell in pain. My mom would ALWAYS take my sister’s side. I would never retaliate. If you are a born again child of God, you MUST forgive everyone who has ever hurt you. If you don’t, God will not forgive you. I would say go, absolutely, no contact with her!!! If you do what I suggest you will have problems with your family members who will, no doubt, get the sob story from your sister. Ignore them and if they persist then block them too. It’s up to us to keep the weeds (people who cause trouble and steal our peace) out of the garden of our individual lives!!! Lastly, God will NEVER tell anyone it’s ok to sin (lie)!!!! That pisses me off that she would even lie about my Father God like that!!! She is NOT Holy Spirit junior!!! He needs, absolutely, no assistance whatsoever!!! She sounds like she’s a legend in her own mind and is, very much, in danger of having blasphemed the Holy Spirit, and may have actually done just that with her lying about God and saying she’s Holy Spirit’s assistant!!! What gall and pride!!! It sounds like you need to get to know God’s character more AND really run after Jesus with all your heart!! You need much healing, I know!! Please learn all you can about narcissistic behavior and the red flags they give and watch carefully how they will manipulate anyone, if they can. God bless you!!!
@@kellye.274 oh believe me… I am learning all I can about Narcissistic behavior. I will NEVER let another one manipulate me the way she did for so many years. Also, I have forgiven her. It’s a daily thing. And the anger is very real. Been trying to work through this for a very long time. I walked away from God for about 8 years… and it’s been almost exactly one year since I ended up on medical leave from work because of ulcers on my foot. I realized early on that I needed to get right with God… and did just that. It’s been huge struggle because of the things she and her husband have done over this past year to intensify their attacks on us. I have some really good days where in today now that God is in control of this mess, but then I have some really bad days when I can barely breathe for the suffocating feeling that He has completely abandoned us. I KNOW THAT’S NOT TRUE. It’s all head-games. The more we try to separate ourselves from her, the more ways she finds to indirectly “keep her claws dug in” .. by contacting friends or potential employers… oh yes, she has done this to my husband several times. And the things she originally lied about ended up causing us to lose our two youngest daughters to CPS. My sister made a false hotline calling 2006, which handily did NOT get substantiated, because the investigator caught her in her lies. After that, she recruited other people to make those calls .. And the fifth one ended up being the last nail in our coffin, so to speak. I agree that she is in danger of blasphemy… and mar have crossed over that line already, I don’t know. But that scares me - for her! So, yes, I definitely have a lot of healing that needs to take place. Thank you for your encouragement… and I am very sorry to hear that your sister treated you the way she did. You were much stronger than I was - I simply retaliated. But there was a lot of stuff directed at my mother as well … she and I never had a close relationship… It was a very messed up relationship between my n parents, grandparents and me. My grandmother tried in the very beginning to defend me, but mom was absolutely oblivious to it, and so nothing Grandma said ever made a difference. It wasn’t until my husband stepped in (just before we were married) that ANYONE had ever been successful in putting a stop to her abuse.
As real as the verse John 3:16 is also the same God who says" Vengeance is mine says The Lord and I will repay.!" Apostle Paul also said make room for God's wrath. But as for you, me, us: When your enemy is hungry give him food, when he is hungry give him water that his conscience maybe "open" God desires mercy and repentance. Children of God acts like God, Children of the world act like satan. Sadly, lots of people who hurts us came from church . One needs to realize people who did these to you has many...many open doors and they will reap what they sow because the enemy will take advantage of those open doors. My suggestion is: do not take part in the enemy's destruction.
Lord, thank you for you are setting our minds our minds on the good from above instead of our own evil desires. In accordance with this word and 2 timothy 4:14, proverbs 17:13, psalm 23:5, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind myself, my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ never to return evil for good while binding evil not to depart from the house of the one returning evil for good, binding myself not to be unequally yoked with and have any common share with those who do return evil for good. In the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!
For One thing.. to keep us from “judging” the other person.. We don’t Always know or Understand the other persons motives ;& maybe “they” don’t understand their motives!! We have to realize.. we don’t Always know what they are “Going through” or have “been through” to understand “Why” they have behaved badly toward us! God knows.. We Don’t! I think that’s why God told us to “Pray for our enemies!!”.. God wants to See “Change in us!”.. I know (from a personal standpoint with my friend).. This person will not communicate.. respond.. or answer VM’s or texts! At first.. I was hurt (because I know she’s going through trials).. but she Also knows & have made it known to her.. that I’m here for.. regardless..but there comes a time.. with no communication & All your wats if “reaching out” that it comes to nothing!! Only Prayer!! We should not Want Revenge..because whatever the person is doing will eventually “catch up with them!” God desires Change! Transformation!! & that is my desire for this person!! I’m new, and you popped up and I have been praying very hard for Gods protection and take this anger out of me for physical and emotional crimes committed on me, I have forgiven, and I do understand now it is a commandment, it’s just hard when your so near death while those who did it, they kept retaliating, and persecuting, so I have been so sick and disabled, but now I see his plan, he lead me to a Christian Lawyer, I haven’t called him yet, God keeps waiting and showing me because they trauma and anger keep hitting me, a lot is because of head injuries, but even Christian friends and family turned on me and betrayed me because they are afraid to take a stand, and I should be dead so long ago, so I know God has his plan. He lead me to you and this really helps, Also brought me even closer to him and in the word. And Prov 17:13, I’m receiving evil on going for good, so this truly gave my heart even more peace. It seems relief has finally come for my children who have endured so much for ten years. I want peace for them but for me, I need to see our neighbors reap what they have sown. I want my children to see it. I will let go and let God, I believe in leaving the vengeance to Him. It is a minute to minute thing for me though, constantly correcting my thoughts. But thats ok.
What if you had a quarrel with someone and it is not safe to make amends any longer? It’s been years and you’ve mind your business done what you can to let it die down but they still scheme and try to provoke another conflict.
A very importsnt question to me is, if we confess our sins and can not go to everyone we hurted, if then God still does revenge. I 'd say revenge is for those who keep proud and willingfully do not repend by heart to the Lord. I mean as soon as he forgives he forgets and will nit claim revenge.

Our stepmother lied to our father, abd isolated him so we could by ask him what happened. We thought they were just traveling a lot, they were busy etc. She had a male friend who is much younger, we don't know if she's having an affair or not, however they together - plotted this, and in the middle of stealing the every family fortune. He allowed it to happen, our father, however we believe he was has dementia. We were fired, as d are not allowed to talk to him, he didn't want to see any of us! 😢
When you talk about God blessing you and making sure that your enemy sees your blessings, is that physically here on earth or when you die and go to heaven??
It's much much easier to forgive when wrong was done to you, but so much harder to forgive when it was done to someone you love, and they were innocent. Especially if that person is no longer here. I don't know why God closes some doors to get justice, it can almost seem supernaturally blocked, but Jesus's pararable of the widow and the unjust judge in Luke 18:1-8 is real. I believe that 100%, because He was not a regular man that He should lie.

David, I do not want revenge, I want reconciliation for the person with God. I want to see the person who has accused me of doing things that I did not to do to be healed from the confabulation that they suffer from. The person has early stage dementia and LUPUS. I think that the person is proud and selfish, but I have a great desire to see them healed. I am praying for the person to be delivered from their sin and healed. I worked for FedEx Ground and one day I fell off the truck and hurt my back really bad. The owner knew it was a workers compensation case and wasn’t happy. The owner gave me a write up that he made up. He stated that it was FedEx that did it and not him. I told him I could get a lawyer and file a lawsuit. He said, “do it, now because of this write up your integrity is in question.” But then I felt the lord work through me and so I responded with rage. I said, “I don’t know who is doing this to me, but GOD does. And he will bring his Judgement upon them!!!!” He smiled and smirked. The next day his trucks were breaking down and his wife got into an accident with her being at fault. He then looks at me and says, “I guess this is Karma.” I have just left the company yesterday because I felt the Lord speak to me saying, “come out of there, I am going to destroy it!!!!”

I waited a very long time for my enemy to repent. If my enemy repent,I'd be happy. However he will not. If fact he gets worse by the day. It's taking a long time. One day , I was standing at the bus stop and the holy Spirit showed me my enemy caught up in a whirlwind and literally ripped apart. I wasn't happy,just shocked and saddened that some people are SO stubborn that they won't repent even though they're literally going to be destroyed by their reaping what they sow.Its frustrating that they won't repent and are against the Light

Man i am struggling with anger against my enemies, it has been years of sick torment and harassment, not to mention the attempts on my life…. Now my family has been brought into it by them and i am just at my wits end and am angry, i have prayed and prayed for my enemies, and i have forgiven them 10x over because oddly enough, i thought these people were my friends… i know i am not supposed to but i want them punished if they cannot be redeemed. We need to focus on the fact that everything we ever worry about concerning revenge is in the Lord's hands and that He has already paid the price. It is frustrating praying for your enemies, but out of love, remember you don't want them to go to hell and that if they still choose wrong, you will be blessed for following God's word and still praying for your enemies even when it looked like there was no end to the torment you were facing because of them. Do not care about revenge. God will put them to hell. The best thing you can do is to detach, don't hold anything, not grudge, not forgiven. Just know that God protects you and you are free to live a fufilled life. Justice may come late, but it never miss anyone.

I was reprimanded at work for 1 thing and simultaneously removed from my position for another on the same day. I was given a subpar evaluation mixed with some truth and some lies. I feel like it is a direct attack to tarnish my good name and make me appear less credible in case I fight back . I've had a few coworkers to call & tell me that they know I was dealt with unfairly. That makes me feel better but I need God to move on my behalf. I dont want to feel the anger I feel but I do want everyone who had their hand in the attempt at my demise to get revenge.

Just a thought-the other day I got a fiber from my sweater in my eye. It was nothing but a nearly invisible clump of fibers from a sweater. The fibers were nearly invisible but I could feel them in my eye, smaller than a penny but causing me intense discomfort.
It hurt so bad I had to drop everything and find an eye doctor, I was having anxiety worried about it, it was painful and upsetting and I couldn’t get it out.
God can use anything to deal with people who are doing wrong. Something as small and insignificant as a fiber from my sweater getting in my eye causing me trouble, worry, pain, anxiety, fear etc.
We may never know what is really happening in The lives of our enemies. This circumstance reminded me of that.
Something we would never hear about. They could be suffering internally in their minds and we would never know. With something as insignificant as a fiber off their sweater.
I hope this helps someone who thinks evil people are getting away with it. It seems that way but they won’t be able to avoid the law of sowing and reaping.

For those who don’t believe God is all powerful, think again. He sees everything you do. I once threw a construction bolt across the street and thought nothing of it. When I determined not to go pick it up in my head, in a blink of an eye, he caused it to reappear at my Foot. I properly trash the bolt in my van. The Lord taught me to petition to him. I forgive in the fact that I am not going to physically retaliate but they will have no place in my life, they are dismissed. I have a mental book, I place their name written with a diamond tipped iron pen in the book of stone. I petition for a certain judgement over the names in this book with a few addendums leaving the ultimate discretion to God. Not all relationships are suppose to be, he allows these things to happen to move these people out of your life BECAUSE they are of THEIR FATHER.
Hello! I and my daughter had to go to court because of her ex trying to get custody of my grand daughter. He has done a lot of things. The courts did not want to hear our side of the story the truth. His lawyer kept saying reject when we tried to tell the truth, so it couldn't come out! You are in my prayers!! Going through the Samething with a ex and his shady attorney. Recently, his attorney dropped him and told my attorney he's a volatile hothead... but of course they blame the lack of "money" I keep getting temporary restraining orders on him from stalking and harassing me but in the past I was never given the opportunity to really say my side of the story and his attorney kept getting him off the hook, but not anymore! He finally got wise! My ex is very slowly exposing himself and I'm going to keep praying and glorifying Jesus for this because I can sleep at night with a clean conscience.. it's not over yet but there is absolutely light at the end of the tunnel.

He told me to keep myself straight (I had to forgive), and I'll handle the rest. The harrassment stopped. About three years later, I began thinking about that whole mess. I heard, "What has been the disposition of that?" Thinking back, I had heard that the one who called to cyss me out, her husband was killed in a wierd accident. Another of the women spent 6 months in prison for a wierd reason, the third one had traveled with her husband looking fir work. I was amazed and heard, the scriptures above. Never pick on God's kids. He has retribution that you could never think of.

I am an Orthodox Christian. Our Church Fathers teach that the opponent to make peace with, is your conscience, given by God, which accuses you when you do evil. We make peace with our conscience by repenting, and stopping the sin. In some cases we must make restitution to the one we sinned against, like Zachaeus who returned the money he had stolen and with extra compensation. If we don't, our conscience will accuse us and will stand against us before the throne of God.
Forgiveness is not acceptance! I have forgiven SOOOO many wrongs against me, and they were very sinful actions. I have forgiven those wrongs against me, which has given me a great freedom, and freed my mind from 'dwelling' on the situations. But, I have not ACCEPTED those actions, which were so sinful, and those same people still live in much sin. ONLY THEY can change their behavior. The YLT says that we are to REFORM after salvation. "Turn" from our wicked ways, etc. We have to be willing to change for the Lord.
Sadly it takes time, Look at the guy who made the song amazing grace when he first became a Christian he didn’t do Christian things he was still selling slaves. Being skeptical is important, but do not let it become spite, because it will lead to having your hands scorched.

My sister was very abusive to me when we were growing up, but my parents would not intervene. Just before my husband and I got married, we were at my parents’ house for dinner. My sister still lived at home, and was there as well. She didn’t like something I did, and flew into an abusive rage against me - scratching and biting and kicking me - to the point of drawing blood. Our Mom totally ignored the fighting, but it was the first time that my husband had ever witnessed her flying into a rage. He jumped up and defended me - physically restraining her so that I could get away.
(This was what he did good for me)
My sister started screaming that he was hurting her, so Mom came running to see what was going on. She quickly realized that my sister was NOT hurt, and went back to finishing the preparations for dinner.
I will also say that my husband was trained in proper restraint techniques, as he worked with physically and mentally disabled people of all ages, but mainly children. My sister was a teenager at the time, so he used an age-appropriate forward-facing restraint, holding her just long enough for me to get safely into another room.
That took place 36 years ago.
WE have suffered horrible things ever since that night. My sister and her husband are very successful, and their children are as well. My children suffer tremendously - each of them enduring different types of things, but each one suffering mightily.
My sister and her husband have consistently lied about us throughout the years… and it has come to the point of even estrangement - not only between them and us, but between our children and us, and my parents and us.
Even our physical health has been affected so that neither of us can work.
They keep telling people it is because we refuse to repent and take responsibility for our actions.
The only thing we can think of is that she has held a grudge against my husband for all these years, and that is what she wants him to take responsibility for. Otherwise we have no idea what she is talking about.
There ARE things we struggled with early on in our marriage, but those things have been repented of and the matter is settled between the Lord and us. And if she us referring to any of these things, then no, we will not share publicly about them because those matters were taken care of long ago.
She has repeatedly identified herself as the “Assistant Holy Spirit” and that God assured her it was “ok to lie if it caused [us] to be held accountable for [our] actions”!😡

It sounds like you have a very narcissistic sister, as do I. My little sister would go into a rage, also, when she didn’t get her way and would dig her nails into my forearms!!! I would yell in pain. My mom would ALWAYS take my sister’s side. I would never retaliate.
If you are a born again child of God, you MUST forgive everyone who has ever hurt you. If you don’t, God will not forgive you. I would say go, absolutely, no contact with her!!! If you do what I suggest you will have problems with your family members who will, no doubt, get the sob story from your sister. Ignore them and if they persist then block them too. It’s up to us to keep the weeds (people who cause trouble and steal our peace) out of the garden of our individual lives!!!
Lastly, God will NEVER tell anyone it’s ok to sin (lie)!!!! That pisses me off that she would even lie about my Father God like that!!! She is NOT Holy Spirit junior!!! He needs, absolutely, no assistance whatsoever!!! She sounds like she’s a legend in her own mind and is, very much, in danger of having blasphemed the Holy Spirit, and may have actually done just that with her lying about God and saying she’s Holy Spirit’s assistant!!! What gall and pride!!!
It sounds like you need to get to know God’s character more AND really run after Jesus with all your heart!! You need much healing, I know!! Please learn all you can about narcissistic behavior and the red flags they give and watch carefully how they will manipulate anyone, if they can.

Also, I have forgiven her. It’s a daily thing. And the anger is very real. Been trying to work through this for a very long time.
I walked away from God for about 8 years… and it’s been almost exactly one year since I ended up on medical leave from work because of ulcers on my foot. I realized early on that I needed to get right with God… and did just that. It’s been huge struggle because of the things she and her husband have done over this past year to intensify their attacks on us.
I have some really good days where in today now that God is in control of this mess, but then I have some really bad days when I can barely breathe for the suffocating feeling that He has completely abandoned us. I KNOW THAT’S NOT TRUE. It’s all head-games.
The more we try to separate ourselves from her, the more ways she finds to indirectly “keep her claws dug in” .. by contacting friends or potential employers… oh yes, she has done this to my husband several times.
And the things she originally lied about ended up causing us to lose our two youngest daughters to CPS. My sister made a false hotline calling 2006, which handily did NOT get substantiated, because the investigator caught her in her lies.
After that, she recruited other people to make those calls .. And the fifth one ended up being the last nail in our coffin, so to speak.
I agree that she is in danger of blasphemy… and mar have crossed over that line already, I don’t know. But that scares me - for her!
So, yes, I definitely have a lot of healing that needs to take place. Thank you for your encouragement… and I am very sorry to hear that your sister treated you the way she did.
You were much stronger than I was - I simply retaliated. But there was a lot of stuff directed at my mother as well … she and I never had a close relationship… It was a very messed up relationship between my n parents, grandparents and me.
My grandmother tried in the very beginning to defend me, but mom was absolutely oblivious to it, and so nothing Grandma said ever made a difference. It wasn’t until my husband stepped in (just before we were married) that ANYONE had ever been successful in putting a stop to her abuse.

In accordance with this word and 2 timothy 4:14, proverbs 17:13, psalm 23:5, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind myself, my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ never to return evil for good while binding evil not to depart from the house of the one returning evil for good, binding myself not to be unequally yoked with and have any common share with those who do return evil for good. In the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

For One thing.. to keep us from “judging” the other person.. We don’t Always know or Understand the other persons motives ;& maybe “they” don’t understand their motives!! We have to realize.. we don’t Always know what they are “Going through” or have “been through” to understand “Why” they have behaved badly toward us! God knows.. We Don’t! I think that’s why God told us to “Pray for our enemies!!”.. God wants to See “Change in us!”.. I know (from a personal standpoint with my friend).. This person will not communicate.. respond.. or answer VM’s or texts! At first.. I was hurt (because I know she’s going through trials).. but she Also knows & have made it known to her.. that I’m here for.. regardless..but there comes a time.. with no communication & All your wats if “reaching out” that it comes to nothing!! Only Prayer!! We should not Want Revenge..because whatever the person is doing will eventually “catch up with them!” God desires Change! Transformation!! & that is my desire for this person!! Revenge is from the flesh.. which we are to “die to!” So.. On the “Battle Goes!” … Another snare of the enemy to Keep You (us) distracted..& in the web of sin!! I’m new, and you popped up and I have been praying very hard for Gods protection and take this anger out of me for physical and emotional crimes committed on me, I have forgiven, and I do understand now it is a commandment, it’s just hard when your so near death while those who did it, they kept retaliating, and persecuting, so I have been so sick and disabled, but now I see his plan, he lead me to a Christian Lawyer, I haven’t called him yet, God keeps waiting and showing me because they trauma and anger keep hitting me, a lot is because of head injuries, but even Christian friends and family turned on me and betrayed me because they are afraid to take a stand, and I should be dead so long ago, so I know God has his plan. He lead me to you and this really helps,
Also brought me even closer to him and in the word. And Prov 17:13, I’m receiving evil on going for good, so this truly gave my heart even more peace. God Bless You , Tiger

It seems relief has finally come for my children who have endured so much for ten years. I want peace for them but for me, I need to see our neighbors reap what they have sown. I want my children to see it. I will let go and let God, I believe in leaving the vengeance to Him. It is a minute to minute thing for me though, constantly correcting my thoughts. But thats ok.

I am trying hard to focus on having the next ten years as opposed to being vengeful about the ten that just passed.
What if you had a quarrel with someone and it is not safe to make amends any longer? It’s been years and you’ve mind your business done what you can to let it die down but they still scheme and try to provoke another conflict.

A very importsnt question to me is, if we confess our sins and can not go to everyone we hurted, if then God still does revenge. I 'd say revenge is for those who keep proud and willingfully do not repend by heart to the Lord.
I mean as soon as he forgives he forgets and will nit claim revenge.

Our stepmother lied to our father, abd isolated him so we could by ask him what happened. We thought they were just traveling a lot, they were busy etc. She had a male friend who is much younger, we don't know if she's having an affair or not, however they together - plotted this, and in the middle of stealing the every family fortune. He allowed it to happen, our father, however we believe he was has dementia. We were fired, as d are not allowed to talk to him, he didn't want to see any of us! 😢

It's much much easier to forgive when wrong was done to you, but so much harder to forgive when it was done to someone you love, and they were innocent. Especially if that person is no longer here. I don't know why God closes some doors to get justice, it can almost seem supernaturally blocked, but Jesus's pararable of the widow and the unjust judge in Luke 18:1-8 is real. I believe that 100%, because He was not a regular man that He should lie.
Please pray for me not to get upset, or let it get to me, with my words because these hateful dirty doers continue to find there evil ways funny to them
David, I do not want revenge, I want reconciliation for the person with God. I want to see the person who has accused me of doing things that I did not to do to be healed from the confabulation that they suffer from. The person has early stage dementia and LUPUS. I think that the person is proud and selfish, but I have a great desire to see them healed. I am praying for the person to be delivered from their sin and healed. Although they have increased their suffering by the abuse of alcohol, I cannot find it within my heart to do anything but beg for their deliverance. I am I of coarse?
