What is if your emotion is negativ, should you better show it even if you know, it just has to do with your own conditionings ? Or better put on a mask and suppress it until you are alone to not cause unnecessary social chaos ? Doesn't it depend on thé situation ?

i totally agree! he says we should be true to ourself, but our true self ist love actually ;) i think we should be true to ourself, but not rough to others.. or just throw our negativity believing it is "our truth" but its just our hurt self or something like that.. i think than its better to practise selflove and care for our inner child thats still hurt etc.
