So this is what everyone meant when they said Intervals should record music for Sonic games...
This song gives me hardcore megaman vibes so I get what they mean.
Straight up sewer city
I hadn't considered it despite my headcanon of Prog Metal being a dope fit for Sonic. But after Nootropic, I need this to be a thing yesterday.
Bro’s side quest is better than my whole life
2 weeks later. Easily one of my favorite songs ever. Damn dude!
One of the greatest collabs of all time. A Plini level track
Side Quest sure does give off Main vibes. Seriously, this is one of the best pieces on the album.
Shits been stuck in my head for two days straight
I needed to sit down and unwind. I saw this absolute unloading of new Intervals music, and let's just say I'm going to listen to nothing else for awhile. I have to obsessively analyze every song, there's no other way
My children couldn't stop dancing to this one. Freakin awesome!
Same here, my kid was jumping all day. What a vibe!
I've already bought this on vinyl and had no idea Evan Marien was on it. Now I'm buying a copy for everyone in my street
Track of the year so far
This has a weird mix of a vibe for an anime, or an older scifi video game. I like it, adding this to my favorites
This album is starting to grow on me now. ❤❤❤
This song and neurogenesis stand out so much. I'm somewhere between chemical plant zone and metropolis.
I said the same thing, that's actually crazy XD
Someone mentioned a sonic games. This jam reminds me of the city stage.
That's one meaty side quest
Might be my favorite song on the album
I follow both intervals and Evan separately, DUDE this is pure art, I clearly feel Evan's vibe in the composition, this song never ends in my head.
At 1:30 i fall in love, this is such a tune!!! Nice job Aaron!
Just gotta say incredible job again Aaron and co 🐐
bruhhhh ive been wanting another intervals/Evan Marien collab since Kyoto and Hexalogic! So dope!
Did Evan also have a short solo on galaxy brain if my ears heard correctly?? 🤔
@@WillMarianiMusic very Evan-ish, agreed. But nope, it was all Jacob! check out studio doc 2 to see him play it ;) what happens after is absolutely hilarious
🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is epic!
Man, another banger.
At first I was like "What is it, some kind of anime music?" but then I was like "Dun dun, ta dun, dun, tududu tudu dun dun, duuun"
Leeeeeeeeet's gooooooo!
God damn!
So catchy!
Wow🎸
🔥
Wave Racer x Intervals collab when?
The amount of thick juicy licks coming out of this album is fucking wild...
EVAN MARIEN??? NO SHOT
This is Mega Man 2024!
Time to learn a new song 👀
So what we playin tonight? Atari 2600 in the year 2600.
Anybody else hear the Balatro theme in the intro?
🪬
Coheed and Cambria meets Sonic the Hedgehog?
GET OUT OF MY KITCHEN
lol hahah
I need human playing instrument video! come on dont be shy..
Cool song, but I can´t get past the drums lacking dynamics so badly. Such a shame, the drum sounds are good, the drummer is obviously a beast, so the drums constantly "up to eleven" just ruins it for me... Then again, this is usually the same with every album. I assume it is a conscious creative choice, not my cup of tea.
I'm a drummer and see no issues here. Personal taste no doubt.
@@aaronjames7266 Of course, I just happen to like more of the "real drum" type sound, hear it breath more.
I never noticed this but I suppose the drums are pretty loud. Much louder than they'd be on the Wii game this song should have been on. I love this band tho lol
You really think the current dynamics really ruin the song that bad? Elaborate further, I’m curious to see where your mind is and intentions lie with your summation. Cheers fella!
