Great Video Zuco. I thought I was going straight Void and not even going to touch Archon, but after watching this video I am more open to trying them both. Have you made a video for demo warlocks yet, or any warlocks yet like you have with this video?

Hope they add so many cool affects to other classes that don’t have them. Hunter, Rogue and some others really need some more visual love
Be interesting to see the archon build with Mastermind and mind melt with the insanity procs could lead to some juicy crits

They need to reduce the cd for shadow crash, sux to wait20 sec for a fast aoe pull on mobs. Esxcpecailly when you crashed on the tail ends when the pack dies.
Or they need to add 1 more charge, there is literally no reason to keep it as it is right now

I love how Archon buff our big cd but having Halo as a capstone is big let down
Mastery will make that halo do more dmg too.
20k x 6 is 120k not 1.2m. You put an extra zero on the 21k and made it 210k
Wish they kept cascade from years ago instead of halo. Felt so much more satisfying as an ability and animation/audio feedback. These hero talents sound fine but wish theyd just let shadow be a proper dot spec like they're doing again with aff now with wither
Edit - also wondering how theyll make both of these trees viable (and for all classes) as id imagine itll just be a case of pick whichever sims higher, even if you really prefer the other tree
Yeah, I think every Shadow Priest ive spoken to wants the class to return to a dot-focus... When dots felt impactful... I really loved fighting the insanity bar in BFA, I wish they'd go back to that. :)

@@ZucoWoWAlso I know damage tuning hasn't been done yet, but would love to see if you try these again in a future video if you could show the damage breakdown, very interested what kind of % halo and the void portal are doing for the respective trees
@@alsius9162 I wish i could 100%. None of the damage meters are showing individual spell breakdowns right now. It's typical in alpha for this to happen. As soon as I can get those numbers I will absolutely do a video on it.

The Halo ring needs to warp back into you before going out again more visually, it would look way cooler. Also, Insanity is pretty much useless during cooldowns which is what the tree is kinda revolving around so they need to remove the cap or literally change that effect to something else. With Bender+SW:D you sit on procs already that don'te get used and during Voidform with Mind Flay you can barely full channel a mind flay before MB or VB is usable again and those take priority so you are clipping the Insanity. Insanity is still a filler spell even though it's buffed. With good RNG I sometimes have 2 procs that don't ever get used before their duration expires...
