Zayd ibn al-Harithah (ra), Ja’far ibn Abi Talib (ra), and Abdullah ibn Rawahah (ra) all played unique roles in Islam, and meant so much to the Prophet ﷺ. Join Dr. Omar Suleiman as he visits the site of Mu’tah to reflect on their lives with the Prophet ﷺ and their sacrifice for the success of the ummah.

Jazak'Allah for this video. I visited Jordan just 6 months ago and was at the tombs in Mu'tah, Kerak, where you are in the video delivering the lecture. I knew little of the significance of the battle but almost no idea about the smaller details that you have described.
