Their way of lofe is illegal here in the US, thays why the homeless just lay on crowded sidewalks, but in other nations, they build homes and villages. I have been fined ao many times, just for camping in the US.

If you let the dogs in the house during the rain, especially younger ones, they will learn to go to the home in the rain. They will abandon the sheep and goats they should be guarding.
And they won't go in a shelter. They think they're sheep, just fearless ones. Instead of hiding out of the rain in a lean to, they will follow the sheep, always looking out for danger.
There are many working dogs in my area. They all have the choice to go into a shelter with the stock. Tied up to a tree is inhumane.
