I’ve never watched a video for strategy, but as leader, I have used this exact strategy for all of our battles, word for word, and it’s won us all of the battles we used it for. We’ve won all except for our first battle, as we were totally in the blind for what to expect. I mean exactly this strategy.
So I’m not sure if the reason is that it’s changed since this video was created, but I’m nearly certain that in Ark of Osirus, you can teleport at ANY time regardless of where your troops are on the map. They do not need to be garrisoned, they can be in open field.
capture both of the obeliscs with t1 horses, tp 10 people with the teleports. first squad to capture the objectives on the left, second capture the objectives on the right
Hey! Great video! I´ll definitely be using your strategy. Or try to adapt it to my alliance. Just 2 small things. 1st, those who capture the obelisks can teleport straight away if their troops are IN the obelisk. I tried it myself and it worked. 2nd, I'm not sure if I got this right, but if I did, you actually have 20 teleports + 5 per captured obelisk. Which means that you don't need to be chosing carefully those 5+5 people that teleport since you will have a total of 30 TPs the moment you capture those 2. You just need to be careful in case you want to capture the 2 obelisks on the side of the enemy and plan on teleporting on their area. In that case you will have a total of 32 TP chances. Which means that if you have already used 30, only 2 will be Able to teleport "behind enemy lines". Unless there is a limit to the bases that can teleport close to each obelisk. Is that maybe what you meant? Anyway, great job.

Something else we do, is if we feel confident against our enemy movement, we send troops our strongest troops to the further altars, and our weaker troops to the closer altar, and when the count down is finished to take altars, we immediately take them, and once our troops are inside, we teleport our strongest guys on each squad. As long as we hold the majority of altars during the game, and especially with first captures, we hold advantage so long as we do well with ark captures. After teleports we constantly send scouts to random structures to confuse the enemy as to what we are doing. And our true objective. We find many times the enemy leaves their obelisks unprotected, and gives us a chance to sneak in and take it. At best we can force them to teleport to safe zone, at worst, it causes them to scramble home as a distraction to take more important structures.
We send our weakest player with three matches to each outpost in the beginning as well to knock that out. Our primary focus is those altars, they hold the most points. And we push hard to hold Atleast 3 of the 4 the entire hour. On the past these things all work well, we also do well with 15 or so players registered, this way we can teleport the majority of our power to the field faster. This time is different from other times though. We are 15 and our opponents are 12 registered, they now hold that advantage, and on top of that, they have about 15-20 percent higher power rating than we do, this will be our toughest battle. In our previous two battles, by the end we controlled every structure and pushed our enemies into their safe zones. We were equally matched on one, and the other several of them didn’t show, so that one was easier. I feel like if they only registered 12 they’ll all be there.
For the record K59 is my first server, a few of the JWM whales work at Lillith. Aaaand, a member of their alliance is the game’s 3rd (I believe) highest powered governor. They are well coordinated and good at the game. I’m sure it would have ben a heck of a fight.
I'm on K59 too. I gotta second this. JWM has all the highest power individuals and dwarfs all the other top alliances in K59 to the point that all the other alliances are feeder alliances for JWM.

Thanks for the strategy, too bad you guys didn't get to play. I revived an abandoned account in k51 (zeroed by HK7) and got to participate with (DFH) without any problems at all. I hope they fix this problem soon and make it up to everyone who didn't get to play in this event.
We used this a lot as well . Same with voice chat . And we pushed Iset ? ( blue ) all the way to the top right. They’re left handed obelisk was a war zone and hug rally’s . So some of us on the blue side ( our side B) would switch to side A ( red side ) hold that area so they could push forward . Then our guys just pushed up the middle to help with the Ark while they fought to keep they’re obelisk Edit: I just thought of this , if you have T4 and 5’s surrounding and fighting for the Ark and you slip in a T1 full Cav to steal the ark ( yeah I know if you get hit your done ) but will T1 move faster with the Ark ? Than T4 or 5? And by T5’s and 4’s fighting I mean your guys . Not your T1 surrounded by 4 and 5 . Lol I meant if you have an escort of 4 and 5 would your T1 move faster with ark ? And would it be worth a try? I don’t want get kicked out of my alliance for bringing T1 into the middle to fight for ark ? Lmfao
I'm an aoo planning manager for my alliance, it's a 7B++ alliance and we usually do aoo in 3 (sometimes 4) different sub and farming alliances. For our main alliance I usually don't worry much as it is full tech and we communicate well in discord, but we can't say the same for 2nd and 3rd aoo alliances, low warring tech and no one wants to speak on discord 😹 so I'm always more concerned about their plannings, the main alliance now already have 6W streak, but the others are 50-50 einning chances, so I have sleepless night thinking about a new strategy, and let me tell you, I've come to the decision that no mid-laner is the best aoo strats. We're full forcing in the top obelisk (offensive) and slowly crawl up in bot obelisk (defensive) the mid structures usually have our top obelisk people put theur best garrison comms and put some reinforcements (not many rein capacity anyways), for ark we don't take the first ark, for the second and third ark a rally leader from the bot obelisk is in charge of being the ark captain and one from tge top obelisk is the ark support, he/she will call for us to gather mid 3 minutes before the ark appear. I also want to add that as soon as we capture our bot obelisk a bot rally leader should immediately call rally on enemy's bot obelisk, we won't try reinforce too hard it'a a 70-30 chance most likely we're losing so we should cancel the rally half-hits if so, but if we're winning then bye-bye to the enemy. While this might have high failing chance it does however distract the enemy from advancing and caught their bot lane offguard. I use this strats for all our sub aoo alliances and i can say if it's carried on with seriousness i guarantee a 85% winning chance, but this needs however, good rally commandos, communication.

Noticed that most players are just sending out war troops, and not strategically marching out garrison commanders to be placed on the obelisks. Not entirely sure if it is part of your strategy, but i think it is also vital to have a small squad who can cover this aspect of the war.
Hey great vid! (as usual) Curious about the idea of using tier 1 cavalry to grab the obelisks fast which potentially can give you a head start on 2nd objectives. Basing this on the idea that the sooner you capture the obelisk the sooner you can teleport and get the heavy hitters into the game. Would be interesting to see the difference in march time for lvl 1 vs lvl 4 cav with a leader setup for cav speed. Maybe also leader suggestion as well. Our alliance had several players using the Dragon Lancer and Lancelot to go effect for speed. Not the obvious choice for a leader. Also wondering if the same theory could be used to grab the ark and keep it ahead of any attempts to capture it from you. In the last ark video you suggested that a tactic could be to hanging on to the ark to keep control and not let it respawn. Comparatively in and open fight lvl 1 would get slaughter but if you have a big enough march size and some heavy tanks running interference the unit should break free before it is defeated. After that ... you can't kill what you can't catch! Valid idea? Delusional? Thoughts?
We've thought about using T1 cav for carrying the Ark but in order to make it as effective as possible you'd have to have thousands of T1 units to get benefit from Lancelot's 4th skill and also the cav talent which both increase march speed once the army is below 50%. But training months of T1 just for Ark is kinda wasted in our opinion. Though 1 of us R4s has like 200k T2 cavalry and a level 60 Lancelot so we decided to try it with that instead of T1. Regarding leaders for capturing Obelisks as fast as possible the best combo possible is Cao Cao + Dragonlancer on Mobility (max), Cav and Peacekeeper talents. You can't get faster than that. The speed of T1 cav compared to T4 is 20% faster.
Good points Ara! I was thinking lvl 1 only because it was mentioned. Lvl 2 with the right leadership would be a tougher target and just as hard to run down. The whole event has turned battlefield tactics sideways. In normal gameplay it is all about strength and troop lvl. Here not so much maybe? Could be the one time a Ford Bronco outshines a Ferrari. Carrying the ark is very slow. I don’t believe using T1 cav earns you anything but a quick death. It does, however save you crucial minutes in the beginning.
You don’t need many t1. I used 600 with lance and dragon to capture it and they stayed there the whole game. They don’t need to fight at all. I also used my t4 with cao and Mina. They got to the health shrine right as it opened so that was perfect timing for that. If you have other armies to use put them in a city that is using a tp.
So that brings up the question about tp and where your troops are. You can tp if your troops are in a structure. How about another city teleporting with your troops inside. If so that would really cut down on march time for anybody not included in the 10 tp. The tp cities could act as a ride?
Yo chisgule maybe I read the rules wrong but I feel like u start out with 20 tp chances then 5 more from each obelisk (btw I have not played AOO either) you might read the rules about tp and let me know if I'm wrong
What you say is what the rules read, but it is not correct. Probably a translation issue. You get 5 teleports for capturing an obelisk, and receive more over time for continuing to occupy it. The 20 number is the maximum your alliance can accumulate.

So my alliance is 6-1 now in aoo and we used this strategy..the one time it didnt work and we talked about it after it happened..is a whale literally by passed his own obelisk...hurried to our obelisk as our 1 army went to capture..killed him..captured our nearest obelisk in our territory and then they all TP right at our area..in the first 5 minutes it was over and we had no counter to chisgules strategy..it was genius and the reason I will forever hate the Russian Wolf alliance!! Hahahah
Quite funny to see you guys had to face a 900m power alliance with 650m power when we should've faced an alliance with 750m power while we had 550m. The match-making isn't smart at all.

Our alliance has over 1bil power, but coordination and communication will be a problem for us surely.
