You just taught me something new Natasha!! I always thought when you want to emboss, it has to be pressed through the embossing machine!! I love what you've done and the colours are beautifully made!! Thank you so much
Love the cards as usual Natasha. Would like to see how you finish the inside of your cards as I have a struggle to know the what to use inside my cards and would appreciate some tips.😊❤
Wow Natasha, these are great and although blue is my favourite colour, i think the green is appealimg to me more today. Great demo. Thanks so much. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
These two cards are gorgeous, Natasha. I especially love the green one, because green is my favorite color, but also the way it pops against the brown background. And I also love the addition of the texture on the card base. 👍🏾❤️
That green panel looks so rich on that dark brown! I have tons of colored cardstock I need to use and I have the calming clusters and the linen embossing folder too! Beautiful!
Gosh Tash!🤭(did you get what I did there?!!) You. Are. SO. AMAZING.! Looking at your beautiful creations, I feel like I should throw my supplies in the trash and concede! I err always on the side of 'cutesy scene cards' but then I watch what you do...I want to change my repertoire! I simply adore you, your cards and creativity. Honestly, if I didn't live in the US, I would absolutely want to be your crafty neighbor!!! I am not being creepy here, I just am a rather silly human😊. Yes, I am a subscribed fan! Keep always, doing your splendid cards❤
I am normally a blue girl and def not green when it comes to colours however , I have to say that the green card is my favourite today . Love the EF and the colours you have used are stunning . Thank you for sharing your great idea x
I most definitely lean towards blue too, but sometimes I remind myself,it's good to try what we wouldn't usually do (and lean into it!) and if it does work out, then that's ok too.
Natasha- you make such beautiful cards! You make it look so easy like even I could do it! So, I was surprised to hear you say that you lived in New Zealand because I thought your accent was British and I guess those two accents can be easily confused, but I pride myself in the fact that I can distinguish between the two, but I guess I can’t. Lol. Anyway, I love these cards and I like the organic linen embossing folder and the airless shimmer spray. I have a tight budget but I think I’m gonna find room for those two. Thanks again for what you do and thanks for those Free sentiments. They are awesome!
Lovely cards, Natasha! I've already pulled out my Hero Arts White Pigment ink pad, a 3D embossing folder, and a piece of cardstock. I'll try your idea tomorrow. Thanks for the video, Natasha!
Very pretty cards Tash, haven't tried this technique yet but will have to give it a go. How you come up with so many different ideas is amazing! Tysm.x
My white pigment ink gets overlooked all the time. Thank you so much for showing how to make this ink work for me! I love your videos, Natasha. You have so many great tips and ideas!!
Love both cards, Natasha! I always save strips of scraps, for decorating envelopes, or the inside of cards. I just can’t mail a “naked envelope”. I also like to put the envelope flat through an embossing folder that coordinates with the card. I like to use the envelopes with the straight flaps. Thanks again for the freebie sentiments! TFS!
Wow Natasha! Those cards are just stunning! It’s a toss up as to which one I like best. The green one looks like it really pops! Definitely need to get some good white pigment ink and give that technique a go! Thanks as always Natasha 😊💕
I have saved the tiniest strips to add to the inside and even the envelope to keep the flow of the design consistent. I’ve never ever seen anyone else do that and it was great to see you do it! I actually gel print larger so when I trim down I have scrap strips that match for those purposes.
Thank you so much for doing the product testing for all of us. I have been looking at 'shimmer sprays' and want sure which would work best for me. If you ever feel like letting use in on that product test, I'm in. Thanks ♥️
Just beautiful Natasha. I don't have any white pigment ink but this technique definetely makes me want to try it out!! So pretty with the embossing folders. Your cards turned out lovely.😍😍😍
I really enjoyed this video today, but I don't have white ink. So, as you say, use what you have, so I will try to reverse my colours and see what happens Thank you Natasha 😊 x
I can ensure you that the Airless Mister gets clogged, too - mine did after only a few uses. So far I have been having a lot of luck with the Hero Arts and the Altenew shimmers (since the unrivaled Avery Elle one has sadly been discontinued). Thank you, as always, for your wonderful, inspiring videos. Kind regards from Germany , Nicola
Oh that's always good to know, out of all of them I've purchased and used for the last 12 months, the airless mister was the only one that hasn't clogged! But there are so many variables as we know, so it can be tricky to make a blanket call on what works. 🙂
@@NatashaFooteCreative Wow, I am impressed by the level (and length) of research you put into this! As you say, there are so many factors at play and it‘s always possible that you end up with a one-off dud of an otherwise brilliant product… Climate seems to be a major player, too: I have heard from people who had to through out embossing powder after a couple of years - and here I am - in moderate German climate - still using bottles that are in their thirties (betraying MY age now 🤪)…
Very nice technique and cards. I really like the little leftover bit inside. I always have to do something to decorate inside my cards. I will usually tie it in with my front background. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊
These are so pretty. I’m glad you’re using some different colors, gives us more ideas of options! I have 3 kids and when they were young and all involved in sports and things I had to keep a little book to tell me where they all had to be each evening, otherwise I would have been lost! Hang in there, those years go by pretty quickly, enjoy them while you can💕
Oooh it seems to be such a busy season. We have a whole Family calendar on the fridge so everywhere can see where everyone needs to be! (It works about 80% of the time! 🤣) I already miss those tiny tiny baby days!
@@NatashaFooteCreative it would be nice if we could mix things up - a little baby time, a little toddler time etc. I sure do miss having a little one on my lap or their little head on my shoulder ❤️
Beautiful!! Just curious if any of the white pigment ink rubs off? I recently used white pigment ink through a stencil into colored cardstock to use as a base for adding colors through the same stencil… and the majority of it rubbed off! It was white core cardstock from paper packs from a well known company… might it have been the slick surface?? SO disappointing! But I saved them by putting pastes through the stencils over it!… inspired by your philosophy!! TY!🧑🏼🎨😀
NATASHA, what die cutting machine were you using in this tutorial? I have the Marquise by diamond press which uses those folders but it is not as large as your folder was. Just curious
I really love the colours of these cards. They were stunning!

I really love the earthy look of the green and brown card! Super unique and very lovely! 😊

Hello from southern California, USA
Fabulous, beautiful 😊
I always use those trimmed off bits inside a card and I was about to suggest that. We'll done!!

I love the way these looked! I’ve never liked the recessed or devised side but the way you inked it, they don’t look so sunken in at all! Great job!

This is so nice...however I have a hard time understanding your accent (sorry) have you considered subtitles for your videos?
Subtitles are in English. Just need to turn them on. 😊
all you have to do is turn on subtitles using the button labeled "CC" in your RUclips player.
