Custom cursors will give you a lot more options that just the Mac cursor. It runs super smooth with minimal RAM usage. That has not been my experience with Rainmeter, however. If you’re running a cheap 8gig school/work laptop, I do not recommend running too many background/passive apps.

i am having a problem when i enable dynamic mode in rounded tb, only one icon is visible and all the taskbar dissapears, i am on windows11 this only happens when taskbar icons are aligned to center, any solution please?

I tried this but the taskbar is too small, the search field for example is not fully visible and the blue windows icon is not visible at all.

the roundedtb seems to have a problem with newer versions of windows 11 22h2.
It may got removed on 22H2 or some sort.
After all, can i customize the explorer into translucent by using other stuff ?

There isnt roundedTB in my microsoft store

simply doesnt work, the dock customization is has no compatibility with windows 11 whatsoever to a point where roundedTB bricked my taskbar and i had to delete the default config files just so i could see it again, even after changing the desktop alligment it simply removes the start button and the system tray at all times.
The dock had a bug after I've started messing with the settings and I couldn't recover it even after reinstall. I've kept the windows taskbar, installed TransparentTB and did the other settings.
It's all because of you guys are using Windows 11 version 23H2.
It only works with Windows 11 version 22H2.

WARNING: Rounded TB no longer works and is no longer supported, therefore Dynamic Mode is broken in the latest version of Windows 11.
actuall startallback supports dynamic mode
and you can use original windows 11 start menu an centered icons and still have it enabled

Well, to solve the problem, you need to go to any browser you want (example: Internet Explorer).
and search for "RoundedTB".
NOTICE: Roundedtb aint installable on windows 11 any more due to updates, gonna try translucent taskbar instead

Years and years ago I moved from Window to MacOS because I got so tired of keeping software and drivers in sync. I just wanted something that worked! I have been using Windows on my Mac with Parallels for a few critical app - am tired of waiting for a true Mac touch screen so bought a surface pro. In general I love it but thought this concept of making the desktop look more Mac was such a great idea. Of course now I find the same old problem…a constant compatibility cross checking process. I was so hoping that this set of tools would make my SP more familiar….but I’ll now wait and maybe not think of it at all as the next Windows update may again hose it. Still love the concept and thx for the great “how to” video.
as a long time Windows user I have no idea what you are talking about with keeping drivers and software in sync especially with a Surface Pro, Microsoft manages drivers and software all through Windows update, just set it to automatic and restart your computer whenever prompted, boom, fixed your issue. Now the Windows 11 UI is not consistent yet, it is way better than Windows 10 or earlier but still not there yet.
where are you talking about.. both using windows and macos and i never have to touch any drivers. On one of my parents Lenovo's the wifi driver needed to be disabled an reenabled ones a few weeks ago but that's it.
