- One very beautiful approach and landing in Dubrovnik - a picturesque Croatian town that was a Game of Thrones filming location, known as (ironically) - King’s Landing! #12 in my personal Most Beautiful Landings list! Here’re some highlights of what can be seen during approach:
01:15 - Slano village and a nice bay, looking like a Christmas tree
03:50 - Zaton Mali a Zaton Veliki villages
04:30 - Franjo Tudjman Bridge in Dubrovnik
05:00 - ACI Marina Dubrovnik
05:30 - Lovrijenac Fort (St. Lawrence Fortress) and Dubrovnik Old Town
07:30 - Supetar Island
07:55 - Cavtat Village with Remiseus Hotel Albatros and Hotel Epidaurus
Airline - EasyJet, plane - Airbus A319-100, registration OE-LQX, delivered September 2008. Originally this plane had registration G-EZDO and was named “Palma de Mallorca, Why Not?” ;) In December 2018 was transferred to easyJet Europe, renamed to just “Palma de Mallorca” and registered in Austria.

Cavtat selo?
Hi, Vedran! Sorry to reply in English, my Croatian is not that good ;) If your question means that Cavtat is not a village, but a small town - then you are probably right. It has around 2000 inhabitants, so in Croatia it should be a town. In some countries this will be considered as a village. In any case, this is a very beautiful place no matter how you call it.
@@Starlines Cavtat is indeed very beautiful - and the perfect answer if you've grown a little tired of Dubrovnik's crowds.
@@timop2163 True, really marvellous place to stay for a vacations.
