Not sure where OP got the idea that Majin Sonic is good while the Mazin Sonics want to harm BF, they just "convert" him when he loses (you're not having fun if you lose, after all). All the devs said is that Majin's just different from the others, so he's probably the leading figure.

One thing I haven't seen anyone talk about is how when majin is out of his "zone" he gets his colors instead of just being purple. In this cover he is out of his zone but also purple. How may this work? It's actually very simple

Because majin sprites were colored like that bruh, he is not a 3d model to automaticly change his shadows and color scheme when he is moved out of his zone, if they wanted his sprites to have different colors they would have to change his colors manually, and it would be pretty boring because imagine recoloring someone else's draw.

my mind is haunted by a cover like this, with majin replacing BF, but the thing is, everyone else is any of the different types of Sonic in the Mod.
I just imagine the context behind Majin/Creep singing this, is because he noticed Xenophanes was no longer having fun in this situation, and Xenophanes accidentally teleported Majin/Creep outside of the mind after an argument, and now he's trying to shove Majin/Creep back into the mental prison to maintain control of Sonic's body, relying on the reanimated corpses in order to help secure the place.
Just a thought.

For example, maybe these are the “horror” versions of Sonic and Friends (like Nightmare Town in kingdom hearts, or any of Undertale’s horror themed AUs)
Majin is the real Sonic (in this world anyway) and Shadow is Demon Sonic, he (with Robotniks help) has convinced Tails and Knuckles that “Shadow” is the real Sonic and now Majin has to fight them all.
I think it would fit, given (the actual) Sonic’s ‘just have fun’ attitude.
