A great many thanks indeed, folks! I very much enjoyed the case and it is a great prep. A couple of things I noted: (a) at 10:28 the interviewer says the number of vets for Denver would be 12; (b) at 19:13 the would-be revenue for Chicago is stated as 2.5 million USD. I ran the calculations in parallel and get 13.92 mln USD pa (1.16 mln USD per month). I hope this is somehow helpful. PS: Does not change the choice as Austin is at the top anyway.
Thank you Vlad for the input! I actually noticed the math mistake as well (this is a case I created) and updated the case shortly after this video. Great math checking!
Would this be rude to point it out if you noticed a mistake in the math during the interview? Or are things like this purposefully put in to see if you identify an error?
for risk you are suggesting here to look into market attractiveness, and regulations??? I would also add competition from existing vet providing similar services in that particular city.

Is Chicago supposed to be that low? I am getting $13,920,000 annually. $2.5million seems too low?
