Sonipat is best and most affordable,economical educational city in NCR....with very close strategic location of North or Delhi. Having a ample rich habitate of industrial agriculture, Drinking water, food industry for outing , number of canals esteemed globally recognised educational institutions....and rich infrastructure in roads and rails make a complete city...

Proper DTP is controlled everywhere in sonipat। As per my knowledge
Sonipat bus port 2019 se pending mega project hai.
Sonipat auto market 2004 se pending project hai.
Sonipat traffic park 2016 se pending project hai.
Sonipat sector 4,5,6 2004 se pending hai.
Sonipat main city me ek bhi govt parking nahi hai.
Overhyped Marketing by Dealers: The area is heavily promoted by real estate dealers, but most of the plots or parcels remain vacant. Dealers seem to prioritize their shops and profits.
Lack of Infrastructure: Basic amenities like transportation, good hospitals, and urban development are missing. The locality primarily consists of rural settings, which might not align with the expectations of urban investors.
False Promises: Despite the presence of Rithala Metro, it doesn't seem to boost the area as expected, creating a perception of a "false play."
Dharna Issues at Sindhu Border: Persistent blockades and protests make the area less accessible and less appealing for development or living.
Manipulative Dealer Practices:
Dealers initially promote builders to sell inventory, benefitting the builders.
Once inventory is sold, dealers start pointing out flaws in the builder's projects and suggest that the property value has declined, creating dissatisfaction among investors.
Then, they push investors to buy new projects with other builders, perpetuating the cycle.
Comparison with Sonipat: Unlike Kundli, Sonipat has better potential, suggesting a stark difference in development and investment opportunities between the two areas.

जब तक नरेला Develop नहीं होता ये एरिया develop नहीं होगा Bhadurgarh can benifit from Maruti then Sonipat.और एक दो धरने और लग गए तो जो बचा है rate कुछ इसका भी सत्यानाश तय है। आप invest करें मैने तो अपना पक्ष रखा है।
