This was a really interesting episode. I enjoyed hearing about Guy Fawkes, and an ancestor of mine, Sir Everard Digby, who was the treasurer of the Gunpowder Plot, was also imprisoned in the Tower Of London. He etched his name in the cell he was imprisoned in, and was also drawn and quartered.
I LOVE Guy, my husband and I ALWAYS watch V for Vendetta on the 5th and my siblings and I message each other various lines of the poem. I know the movies not the same as the history but still
Fun fact - the Tower was also the home of the Royal menagerie for a time. The public could go see the lions and other animals that were kept there if they bring something to feed the animals with (like a chicken or a dog - yikes!).
I have been to the tower of London I definitely felt chills and the sorrow from such a sorrowful feeling from that piece of land. I would go back but its definitely a sad feeling that overcame me when I stepped on that area.
I went to the Tower of London and I remember walking around looking at displays. There was a hallway that I stopped and watched a woman in Tudor dress come out of a room and walk down the hallway. I asked one of the workers that were in the next room about the woman's dress and they gave me a weird look and said there were no re enactors that day in the tower. I didn't get a good look at her face, but she was wearing a gorgeous Tudor style dress.
The simulation is breaking. Just Friday my nephew was there and wanted to go to the "haunted alley". I had no idea what he was talking about. And now you post a video about it.
I have never had the pleasure of visiting England, so, I have never been to the Tower of London. But, I was at the Met Museum about two weeks ago. In the Arms and Armor gallery, there is a suit of armor that is believed to have been Henry VIII's. I surreptitiously flipped the bird at it. Evil man!!!!
I went to the Tower in 2008 on a visit (I’m from Canada). I did not see any ghosts but there was one spiral staircase that made me feel unnerved, like someone was going to push you down the stairs.
Every single video i see of you, you have such wonderful lipstick on! I's love to know what you use, especially since you are in the UK and I would actually be able to get my hands on it!
I thank you for these, Lady Hearth. I'm fascinated by history of all kinds. Though tragic, but quite interesting. But if I may, what ever happened to the Lady of Aragon? Did she die in the tower or...
Dear Hearth Witch, l don't know how to send you this question! So l'm going to write it here! Since my cat passed away, l have been saving all my cats whispers as they fall out and l find them. I have this feeling that they are more powerful then the reason l've been saving them. Can you use them in magic??? 🤔 And if so can you make a video on this explaining all you can about the subject?! 🙏😊❤👍
Ummm......I thought u only did witchcraft......seems there's a LOT I've somehow missed on yr channel....and the kind of elements mentioned here...are very much up my street. If I'm honest....the witchcraft stuff I find fascinating although most of it is kinda like another language to me....but what you mention at the start of this vid here...is......me.
The lost Princes always make me sad. Mistreated pawns in a cruel man's chess game.

No, she died of natural causes many years later.
Id love to go into the Tower, but the entrance fee costs a fortune :(. So much history
