    Beautiful beach, beautiful sunset, amazing trainers, amazing workout... what more can I ask for?! Thanks for another great workout K&K, as well as all the tips & tidbits you sneak into the conversation. Because of TIU, I've lost 20+ pounds and my thighs (once a trouble area) are now ROCK HARD! I've gone from being ashamed of my body to being proud of it. I've learned to love myself, love my body, and love the journey. All you TIU girls out there, it's never too late to get the body you want! You're never "too far gone" and you are DEFINITELY worth it!

    I would love a kettle toning part 2! This is one of my favorite workouts right now. Great total body workout. I can feel it working my whole body. My obliques were sore two days later. I loved that it was a longer workout too! 30 minute workouts are perfect for me during college!

      We love you Katrina! You're soo beautiful!! My sister and I are so excited to try this kettle ball routine. I don't have one yet but I'll use my dumbbell as you've mentioned before.     I've probably said this before, but this was the very first TIU workout I did, and it's still my all-time favorite. Really nothing better than kettlebells + yoga! Would love some more longer routines like this one.

    I still think this is one of your best workouts: the warm up is thorough and long enough, it feels like there's more reps for the exercises than you all usually do, and the stretching breaks give my body time to absorb the work, and best of all: there's kettlebells!

    This workout actually made me drip sweat off my forehead, amazing! Even some cardio workouts don't do that. I was not sure if this would be beneficial but now I know it was because my heart rate was up during the kettlebell swings and I was sweating, so I am very happy with this workout.

    I'm so happy I could cry! I've missed my old kettle bell instructor so much since I moved and I couldn't find a class in my new town! This was like coming home!!! I'd love to see more half hour to 45 minute routines like this -- it was nothing short of awesome. THANK YOU!!!!!

    Keep coming back to this one! No matter how many times I do this workout it challenges me, makes me sweat loads, and leaves me feeling absolutely AMAZING!!! It really is true what you say! My legs thank me the day after and my body and mind feels so great the rest of the day:) thanks for making the time to create content like this for us!

    I absolutely love this workout and I was wondering if the two of you could make more videos like this one. I love how it has both cardio and toning, and I find that is easier for me to motivate myself to do these kinds of workouts, rather than doing cardio and toning separately. I really struggle with getting my cardio in, so I think it would be awesome to have more combination workouts like this one.

      Tone It Up It is a great workout. I did find some of the yoga bits quite hard (my hands kept on slipping), but I will definitely be trying it more often to be able to complete all the exercises with good form. Would you mind sharing what is the music background here? I find it so beautiful but also very positive and motivating, would like to do jogging with it or set it as background for other workouts.

    I just found your workout Katrina. Love the kettle bell with yoga. I am a yoga teacher and had cancer. I was weak as a kitten and started my own practice - kettle bell & yoga...15/20 min KB then yoga ending with relaxation. I am now teaching again KB & Yoga...thank you! I am feeling wonderful.     This is my favorite TIU workout so far! I absolutely love the flow and how effective it was! I especially love that Katrina gives great tips on how to place your body so that you're doing the move with the best form. I'd love to see more specific instructions on how I should be placing my feet/hands/etc in the TIU videos because the workouts are AMAZING & I want to be sure I'm doing them the best I can. Thanks, y'all!

    This is one of my favourite ToneItUp routines, especially when I'm desperate for a good sweat session. It's intense and invigorating, and I definitely feel it, yet this workout is surprisingly soothing. It's always awesome to workout with you Katrina!! xx

    For so long I passed the TIU kettlebell routines by because I don't have a kettlebell. I'm glad that I could still do this routine with a dumbbell. I loved it! A good amount of stretch and workout in one. Thank you!

      Yes, please do longer workouts like this one! I much much prefer to have the same video running through instead of having to cue up smaller videos -- this way there's no losing momentum (/heart rate). Thanks!

    You need to do a whole series on kettle toning with yoga.....I can't get enough of this workout. I have done everything from t25, p90x to piyo and this mix is by far the best. Maybe a 20 minute, 30 minute, 40 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute series would be great. I'd even help out lol

    I want more back and shoulder workouts! Im really trying to strengthen my back and shoulders, I had surgery last february, and since I'm all clear to workout again, a workout for those muscles would be awesome. Love you guys!

    This was so great, I did it in my backyard so I could enjoy the weather! I'm recovering from bunion surgery so this is great to help be regain my balance and stabilizing muscles!

    I loved this routine! But WOW I am definitely feeling it the next day! I look forward to getting up early and doing the different routines each day. It makes fitness so fun and makes me feel so much more confident. Katrina and Karena you are so inspiring. Here is what I would like to see next!! I have been a dancer all my life but have recently been focusing more on fitness and working out. So I would love to see the two meet in the middle. It would be great if you guys came up with routine maybe using a ballet bar, or cardio routine that is dance inspired! Thank you ladies for all you do!

    I agree that with the cooler days and dark mornings/evenings, many of us can't work out outside. Many of us are unable to do a booty call + a workout. We need to do it all at once.
    We're at the gym or at home (or home gym) and really appreciate 1 longer workout that works all the areas + a little cardio (like this one does).
    So, 2 ideas
    1) How about a spinning routine or a treadmill routine? (A workout with equipment)
    2) Resistance training (with or without dumbells) that works the full body. Again, a longer workout like this that tones the full body.

    I loved this workout! Toning and yoga are my favorite. I also liked the length but that it had all different exercises. I like doing lots of different exercises instead of sets of the same ones.

    BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!! If I have a lot of time on my hands at night, I'll do this! Oh and on a Sunday is great to get energizing for school! I LOVE THIS! Thank you so much Karena and Katrina!     Loved this workout!!! Loved that it was longer and a complete workout. Great for the days when you missed the day before or your schedule doesn't allow more than one small routine the day before.
    I would love to see more yoga routines. A few girls and I get together every Friday at work and do a yoga routine and we love the Tone It Up ones! Or you could really change it up and have a dance workout routine... I know how you guys love to dance!

    Loved this. Always been a a big fan of kettle bells and started doing Yoga. The main reason I started doing Yoga is I hate floor exercises but now I'm getting used to them.I'm not as advanced as some of the moves are but I kept moving and modified a bit. Worked up a nice relaxing sweat :)This is going in my workout rotation.
