The only down to earth fitness channel where you really get the impression the creators want people to get healthy and stay it regardless of their physical state. You guys are the the only channel I recommend to anyone who wants to get in better shape.
Always blows my mind that you share all of this great information for free. Best fitness channel on RUclips by far. Also, LOVE these follow along videos. Much appreciated
"You sure you don't want to do this, Jessy?" Immediate response: "No, I;'m very sure!" I actually enjoyed this video, especially the part where I can decide not to do this or start with a wooden spoon for a weight. BRUTAL, but I do feel like trying a mild version of this...
Love your workouts, Jeff. I’m 76 and starting down the road of getting fit and toned. I’m doing your exercises and the work. Well done. And keep them coming.😊
Classic Athlean X workout - functional and within most people's ability, and the video is sweet and short, no nonsense (except maybe the background music)
I thought these kinds of exercises couldn't be done everyday hahaha. This is what I needed to hear for me to have something to do consistently. thank you
Mate! Do more of this kinda video please, have subscribed to you for a few years now and you are a rare breed amongst the 99% of unqualified, ( Renaissance periodization excepted) juiced up ( OK maybe need to include RP in that part) fraudsters on youtube who put out exercise content. Like also on your nutrition videos that you're a realist as well, you still have treats, and don't pretend that you don't. Keep up the good work sir.
I mean Jeff Nippard and Jeremy Ethier are also within those parameters you mentioned. But yeah, not a lot of channels. I only follow 4 channels in the fitness space, and all of them have been mentioned here lol. You could give Scott Herman a watch as well, he has been in the game on RUclips for like 15 years or something I think.
The follow-along videos are very helpful and much appreciated. Thank you. Your advice and direction at the end about weight amounts to use was very helpful - I'm an older man who's had multiple major surgeries, and will start out with the lighter weights first and work from there. Again, these videos are much appreciated. Thank you.
This looks brutal. I love it. As a fat guy I'll give it a try. I'll try to record myself to give some motivation to the other fat guys. I totally know I'm not going to be able to do it 100% first try 😅. Just remember- don't go hollow.
As someone who just hit 65 I love the follow alongs. I have signs of dementia and sometimes get halfway through something and 'forget' what I'm doing, so videos like this help somewhat. Many thanks .. 😜
Another 'quick fix' workout that promises the world. While I get the appeal of short workouts, it’s frustrating to see so much misinformation being thrown around about fat loss. Sustainable results come from consistent effort, a proper diet, and understanding how your body works-not just doing a flashy 4-minute routine. I stick to steak, eggs, and simple, proven methods, plus I’ve learned a lot from Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman. It’s helped me cut through the noise of these trends.
Wow this dude is dumb as shit. Jeff literally says at the end, "...to that end, 4 minutes is not gonna be good enough, if we're looking to burn significant amount of calories." This workout is scalable. The "4 minutes" part is supposed to appeal to those beginners as motivation to get off the couch and start to get their bodies moving and get fit. And you're insane if you think this is not an effective workout to that end. Obviously as they progress, the workouts get longer and they use heavier weights.
This channel is one of the biggest advocates for the importance of diet for weight loss on youtube. This is just a short workout video for those looking to supplement their diet with a bit of weighted cardio.
Would exercise #3 be okay for those who've had a spinal fusion at L5S1? Or should we incorporate a bear crawl stance where we move the weight from side to side?
Quite good... I'd like to see this video but in progressions, for those whose reflexes are not quite good or it's their first time (or long gone out of working out)
40 year old over weight dude here. I lift but at this point I don’t care about benching 300 anymore. Just trying to lose fat without losing too much muscle. I can do this routine for 4-5 rounds or 30 minutes and throw in some cardio like jogging or something and do this 5-6 days a week?
I like this workout. Currently I can do everything as you show except the Renegade Row Ups. I just can't do every many pushups yet. OK to substitute Renegae Knee Ups until I build my strength? Or, do you recommend a different variation? Thanks.
If you can do normal renegades without the push up maybe split the exercises. Do alternating renegades for the time and then knee push ups for the time. The renegades wont challenge you as much from the knees. but if thats too hard right now you could do the combo knee version
This is a repeat video of one he had labeled a bit differently from a year or more ago. I was doing this twice a week until o got sidetracked. Need to get back to it. I did 3 rounds. I think I did 4 rounds twice but typically did 3 for time sake.
@ it’s hard to say because I started eating really good, was doing light workouts with dumbells at home (no bench) and walking 6-11 miles a day. So I was already seeing a big change with all that. I added this routine on my off days of dumbells, especially during days I knew I couldn’t walk as much. What I can tell you is this was hard and it at least felt like it was helping my overall progress. That’s why I want to get back to it. Especially now that colder weather is here, dark early and not having much time to walk or jog at all
How funny I just did that first one in my Pilates Bootcamp class last night! Jeff, are you sure you weren’t there hiding in the back stealing my moves lol lol 😂😂😂
And the Russian twist we do too, but our legs are straight yours are going all over the place and we lift one leg while doing the twist for more abs but your hamstrings are tight you need Pilates….And no, Jesse didn’t put me up to this! I have to say I’m so excited at age 57. I could still kick ass with a lot of your moves although my weight I use is 15 pounds for the twists. 🥰😁

Can you name other channels that don't want their people to get healthy? Who doesn't want their viewers to get healthy, name them
@raymondqiu8202 but are they down to earth?
He means they are genuine which is true. Ofc some other channels are but a lot are not 😮

I'm definitely going to try this... a timer clock on the screen would have been even better.

So chill, great atmosphere in this vid!
That was brutal... to watch.
No 7 min intro and 1 min workout? I am so emotional!! Feel like crying...
I totally dig the follow along videos.😊
Go easy on the dumbbells guys. Better to stick with a lighter one rather than go overly heavy and strain yourself.
Lol🏋♂️get jacked
Thanks coach.
I'll agree, I've had 2 injuries this year, I don't want another, I'll try this with a 5 kg dumbell and not a heavier one
The best fat burning exercise is to stop lifting your arm to your mouth.
What about my butt ?
WE DONT SAY “ STOP LIFTING” ON THIS CHANNEL! lol
Thanks! Been playing with these to compliment my standard lifting days.
I need more routines like this. Low impact yet very effective.
53 with scoliosis and osteophytes present in neck thru mid back.
Idiot.
Jeff you are a legend !! Thank you and Jessy for all those years of true sport spirit and athletism !
This is great, thank you! Just what I need after Achilles rupture repair and having necessary downtime.

Wow. I can't wait for the day when my spine can handle this workout. Seems like everything is working the core as well.
This looks brutal. I love it.

I totally know I'm not going to be able to do it 100% first try 😅.
Just remember- don't go hollow.
This is what is fueling my AthleanX for life position. This looks intense and another great routine scripted by Jeff. Thanks guys!
Jeff are you sure that routine is only 4 minutes? I think when I try it I will feel it for about 40 minutes.😂❤❤❤thank you so much ❤️
As someone who just hit 65 I love the follow alongs. I have signs of dementia and sometimes get halfway through something and 'forget' what I'm doing, so videos like this help somewhat. Many thanks .. 😜
I don't really understand this... I'm 39 and forget what I'm doing all the time...
keep going 👊
Pushup renegade rows are possibly the ultimate antagonist superset. Good old school style stuff team
More follow along workouts please!

Has this been patched yet?
What's that?
Lol
@@Hi-px4zf Is a term used in video game updates.
@@Hi-px4zfin other words this workout is so good. I bet God is going to come down and make it an ineffective and inefficient workout.
Nerf incoming. Use it while it's broken
Jeff, I am sure if you have previously done so, but could you do a strength and resistance training video for runners? Thank you.
Nice work... Definitely helpful video to see the Master in action... Will definitely try this in my morning routine...
Love the follow along format. Thanks for all the great content!
Would exercise #3 be okay for those who've had a spinal fusion at L5S1? Or should we incorporate a bear crawl stance where we move the weight from side to side?
Awesome. Can do that for every age...like it!
Quite good... I'd like to see this video but in progressions, for those whose reflexes are not quite good or it's their first time (or long gone out of working out)
I like it, waiting for Lebe Stark to mention / reply that these are basically kettlebell exercises with a dumbbell 🤣
Another gnarly episode, Jeff!
More videos like these please, Jeff! Great stuff!
What’s the best equipments to buy to start a home gym I’m thinking bench press first?
Damn JC if this Kicked Your Ass I wouldn’t be able to Move for a Week After doing This!! I’m Gonna Try Though👊🏼💪🏼
I’m doing this workout this evening

Gonna try tomorrow 💪
Winter arc baby 🔥🔥
Love the follow alongside.
Nice!! I will try it ❤
I've done this 4 minute workout 10 times a day, 5 times a week and im ripped
Follow along..lessgo!!🔥💪
Let’s Go!
no fat person can do this lmao, i can speak for my younger self. Diet and simple cardio and a regular program is the best, IMO.
yeah if you are fat and you do this workout you will do more harm in the long run (joints will be destroyed)
Well, I am at work, I don't have weights, but I do have body weight and my toughbook. I'm just gonna send it.
Jeff, can you make a video for 4 and 5 day split?
You also talked about forearms exercises ranked video a year ago.
Remember you dont need to use weights until you have the movements down as a beginner
Graet metabolic workoutJeff - now repeat for 5 rounds 1 min rest
I'd probably go with a kettlebell instead but this looks like it'll whoop ass!
Wow. I felt that from here.
I like that new shoes ❤
im 4 years old, but im gonna do this everyday, to avoid gaining fat

I accept the challenge
You are a beast!
Hell yeah! HIT ftw!
3 rounds?
This guy never sweats
these exercise probably work great for someone who is not fat. im too fat for this.
What's the music title please? Shazam seems not able to recognize it :/
Great workout
Re: exercise #2 Make sure you are not too tired and can control your aim. 👀
Yes brother!!!😁😊

Great workout. HORRIBLE muzak. Whomever chose that owes us all push-ups.
Thank you
Def an old one but a great one
"Gimme the time" = im finna die now, please tell me im done!
NOW do that 4 more rounds! PHAT!
Jessie's turn! Lol 😆
Looks tough! I’m in 💪🏼
This is intense
App “seconds” apple would be good for this
Love and mercy❤❤❤.
Now, I just need to find some 10lbs dumbbells 😂🤣🤣
“Oh I’m VERY sure!” - Jesse 2024 😂
I'm fat, I can't do this. I split my pants on the lunges.
Get bigger pant
😂
😂😂😂😂 I'm sorry. Better that Sh!tting your pants though so at least there's that!
dont give up.
Remove pants
Bad knees bro - what you got? ❤
Okay this looks like a challenge if Jeff is getting a bit gassed.
Take 4 minutes off your 5 minute breakfast.
👍👍
Do this kettle bells….🤔🤩
Thabks just what I needed for today.
I like 'em.
Would be good if I wanted to be bedridden for a week!
Now stop eating. Do this every day for fat loss.
I would settle for the ˋbefore picture.😅
My knees already hurt lol
I feel as though these movements would be better performed with a kettlebell.
You have a skilled sculpted physician dude respect 🫡
ADD TO BLUESKY ALREADY!!
Will do this tomorrow
Now not tomorrow
