Hi Everyone, We hope you enjoyed our video! Which Class C motorhome under 30' did you like best? Do you prefer a travel trailer, motorhome or 5th wheel? Please say hello by leaving a comment below and sharing your opinion about these RV floor plans.
I'm a newer subscriber and wanted to say THANK YOU for your videos! (I watched the one with items we would need and went to the store and picked up all I could afford. Thanks for that) My wife and I just got our first ever Class C (Thor Four Winds) and it has a bedroom slide-out with the mattress folding up. Although we only camped once so far, we didn't have an issue with it. We'll see what happens next weekend when we use it for three nights. Finally, about your question about a window at the headboard; my wife (who needs it cold and dark in the bedroom) would say no thank you. I, however, LOVE the idea of a window there! We have two small ones on either side of us. Anyway, thanks again - and thank your wife for filming.
Thanks Peter! Glad you like our videos! And not only does Susan shoot the videos but she also edits them and adds all of the graphics. I'm glad I'm just the guy who gets to blab! Safe travels! Mike
As someone who likes to sleep in the dark I still prefer the window headboard. It’s nothing to just add some small blackout curtains and still have the ability to brighten to room with natural sunlight. I’m also a fan of the double bowl sink vs a single bowl 👍🏼
@@melissakautz9687 It's great that there are so many floor plans and features available in pop-up campers. I'm glad the full bath helps your son. How does he like camping?
A.) Nice watch! Apple Ultra 2? B.) Did I miss the solar/Li-ion battery options on each? That’s kind of an important thing nowadays. 1. Entrada: It would have been nice if they would have put doors on both ends of that wall in the shower, so you could purpose any cabinet for bathroom or kitchen use. 2. Thor 4 Winds: Cool bedroom! I love multi-use rooms, and THAT is a bigger plus that most will realize! When we’ve been camping and go to restock, the ability to just push boxes, packs of water, etc. from outside to inside is a wonderful thang! 😎 I’m not a corner shower fan though. Need measurements to see if I’d fit. 3. JayCo JayHawk: I wish on that sink (re: single double bowl Q.) that it was a single bowl! The why is I’d love to put a small under counter drawer dishwasher there! 😂 The shower is PERFECT! 30” x 36” is plenty of room to! ❤ Big, BIG plus! 👍🏽
Haha! Just the Series 6 watch...we bought it a few years ago! These are all great comments and once again I'm afraid you're gonna take my job! Thanks for always watching and commenting Erin. I alwys enjoy reading your feedback. Mike
The CCC is listed in the graphic plus I say it when I read the specs at the beginning of each tour...I think most of the absorption style frigdes are gone now. How are we ever going to dispose of all these dead batteries some day when they expire?
Thanks for the kind words...and yes the outside storage is very minimal. Our Class C has a ton of outside storage but that isn't the case for many Class Cs these days. We just shot some tours of the Class Cs with great storage space so stay tuned! Thanks for watching! Mike
Absolutely love the East to West !! Question, are they fairly new ? I know you've shown them once or twice before ? The others are nice too but E2W hands down favorite ! DREAM RV !! Thanks y'all !! Safe travels !!
East to West has been around since like 2017 but I think they are growing because we are seeing more of their rigs on dealer lost and at the RV Shows. Safe travels to you too! Mike and Susan
I liked the East West cause of no slide. Yet the Jayco redhawk really looks good. What type of slide does the Jayco have? In the end I would have to see them in person.
I really don’t like corner beds. I have loved the 27U since 2018! Real oven and I love it. Double bowl sink and I love it! Window in the bathroom is great. Hands down I’m loving the 27U.
I liked the Thor Four Winds floorplan for the storage and versatility. I was concerned when there did not appear to be seatbelts for any passengers other than the front captain's chairs. Maybe they were pushed down behind the sofa bed. We want to do a cross-country trip to Glacier with our kids (adult kids) and need sleeping for 4 or 5. If all five of us went, that size RV should be perfect, but we want seatbelts for everyone of course. Thanks as always for the tours.
Hi Amy, We are working on showing more seatbelt locations in our tours etc so be on the lookout for that in future videos. As always - thanks for watching! Mike and Susan
Thanks so much for the kind words! You can grab some of our Merch on Amazon! Here's the link: amzn.to/3xxpBtV Thanks and please say hi if you ever see us camping! Mike and Susan
Hi Mark - we show ( and I say in each video) the Cargo Carry Capacity (CCC) on every RV in every video we make. But we can't show the RVs with the slides in. Most RV Shows do not allow us to move the slides and RVs on dealer lots aren't connected to power so we can't move the slides. We do try to show a measurement sometimes of what it would look like with the slides closed. Thanks for your suggestion! We read them all and try to adjust accordingly. Mike
Thanks..for the info am waiting for a streamlined 25B MiWinnie..at 26 4 ft. Can't beat sofa,dinneette,2 beds..build it less boxy,full-body psint,outside amenities ,, E450 for my boat...call it the sport RV ...?¿?
Not a bad modification! We prefer our recliners and table trays for our meals. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
I like the dinette and sofa. It all depends what you’re using the rv for. Wish they put an extension on the countertop. Mike could have opened one of the drawers to check the size. What about the size of shower Mike? Love the pass through storage. Liking the Estrada! Hate corner beds.
I'm (Susan) with you! I put the dish drain in the second sink for rinsing and drying. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Thanks Susan and Mike, great video. The East West was okay, barely. I'm a never Thor product kinda person so the second and third failed the sniff test. Just my opinion. Stay safe.
The East/West is my favorite! No slides, residential queen. Would prefer a deeper drawer for pot/pan storage and a tower of power in the kitchen. Finally, would like to see a netting system for overcab storage as I don't need all that sleeping space. That Thor floorplan is not for me! Corner bed and shower are no go's in my book. The Jayco floorplan is decent. Great storage but I would prefer a bigger bathroom.
Hi Mike and Susan! I like both the Thor and the Jayco. The Thor is very spacious but don’t like radius showers too much. Other than that it’s great! I like the floor plan but little storage outside. It’s good though. I like it. Thank you for showing these. Going watch a video I missed out on from last year from you. I want to go back and look at your Rv if you have a video on it. Hope you have a great week and see you soon!
Hi Sherri! We have a video tour of our Class A RV! Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/EZt7B7ie61I/видео.html Let us know what you think! Mike and Susan
LMAO! Just trying to get the folks wasted who play a drinking game where they take a drink whenever I measure something! But I think this was the first time I ever measured a grill! LOL! Thanks for watching and for your comment! Mike
When you first walk into all of these vehicles, you see that the sofas are all staring at dinettes or kitchen sinks! I've always wondered why the designers think its what we want to look at while relaxing....why? Take out the dinette, put the entertainment center and we'll eat outside or on fold out tables....
Make it make sense...you have a 2' deep narrow cabinet for a pantry. You will never get to the stuff in the back, if you even remember it's back there. Why do they not make these a pull out pantry? As for the THOR specifically, they put that tiny little sponge tray in the false drawer...they couldn't foot the extra $2 to put in the wider version that fills the space better, and makes more room for a sponge, a scrubber, maybe even your dish soap?
We agree and even if you have the ability to add your own slide out drawers in a pantry you will lose a ton of space on the sides. Thanks for watching and Happy New Year! Mike
Are you guys using a new camera? Seems different, wider maybe 🤷. You may have said something about it before but Ive been traveling in Canada and havent had data to watch lately.
Same camera we have been using for 5 years now...no changes to our videos...not sure why it appeared wider... How's Canada? We need to get back there for a road trip! Thanks for watching! Mike
When you have something sooo small: A two burner stove is all you need, and one med or large sink is all you need and absolutely NO windows behind my head. Stop with the large shower step up and always put a lil bath instead and a smaller shower skylight too. I would rather have a larger shower then a sink, use the sink space for more shower space.
When I sat in them they were fine. Much better than my 2008 Gulf Stream Conquest that has no leg room at all because driver's seat hits the dinette before the seat is fully in the farthest position for max leg room. Great question and thanks for watching! Mike
The antifreeze used in drinking water tanks and lines in RVs is not toxic. The antifreeze used in an RV engine is very toxic. Thanks for your comment! Mike
@@RVBlogger That is something I did not know. Because engine antifreeze is the type that the majority of lay people use themselves (eg. many people with and with out RVs have sitting in their garages), and is so toxic that one sip by a pet or small child may be fatal, I would suggest that you clarify the difference in your video before stating that "antifreeze" is not toxic. Thank you!
