Damn I remember the day this came out. I was a teen and my best friend had just lied to me about something extremely important that day. I had no other person to turn to. This became the soundtrack of my life for months cause I was in love with said best friend at the time and I needed her by my side. Eventually after some months that were terrible for me for other reasons, we became friends again. And she seemed genuinely sorry for what happened. We drifted apart over the years, but I still think she's a good person and I am glad she has a better life now. Recently I remembered my teenage years after blocking out the painful memories for years. This takes me back there, but now I know things worked out. This is a beautiful song that kept me sane and safe for a long time. Thank you Faydee for being a great artist.
