I'm 39 years old and this woke ME TF up today!! Know your worth and this has been on me heavy, I walked out on my job yesterday in Debt Negotiation Salesman!! I close 25 Deals on average a month and make $5500 the company makes 200K just off if my deals!! The mental stress and micromanaging was overwhelming!!! Sis tired 💯
So, what's next?

I’m about halfway through, but I LOVE this episode! So many gems dropped. She was ready to learn. You could see the lightbulbs going off. And she’s only 23?! She’s about to be lit! I’m really rooting for her.
Not me about to cry 😂 This is a lesson in her knowing her worth (in business, but it will translate to her personal life) and being confident in her abilities that is happening in real time.
I pray that she grows in this position. I know she will end up being able to quit that second job soon.
