just a tip by the way, if you only make an outline you can right click it and choose create region and it automatically creates a region inside of the outline that is linked with the region. That way you don't have to change the background color

When I select New Layer-Distrotions-Skeleton Deformation, I don't get the dotted frame for selecting the area of deformation to be included . What could be the problem?.
