So yes, Fallout Shelter a game that had been sitting on my shelves for years that i finally got to because of the TV series. How does it measure up..... it's fine. Like its actually just a pretty solid fun fallout game, i think i prefer it to the fallout adventure game, that's for sure. It's probably not gonna blow anyones socks off though.
The "use your workers to build a tableau that other players can use" gameplay reminds me of Ora & Labora, an Uwe Rosenberg game. In fact, this is just an Uwe game but with waaaay less resources, which is good for certain play groups
Uwe games with fewer resources exist already though, like Nusfjord
Yes, but when shown nusfjord or fallout shelter, i know what the majority of folks who arent heavily into gaming will pick first. No knock on uwe here.
I used to love the mobile game. I might get this just for the nostalgia, plus it's great that it's multiplayer. Great review.

Yep. I like outlive, i've never reviewed it because after i got my copy it always seemed to be out of print

I like the game & its components but I'm yet to actually finish a game, my 2nd player usually gets bored.
Its not a long game. They must have quite the short attention span
