@@azkaghafara5712 I think zoe with malph ult is scarier. She can use Q before her portal, bring it with her, then malph ult to extend her Q and knock the target up to avoid them dodging the Q. This is assuming Malph can't Q and R during the portal animation, because if he can, then he's super scary
PBE already has bugs for the new speelbook mode i just had 2 of them . PS: i mean new speelbook mode , because they made some changes to the old speelbook if was not obvious.

Second one i seen is when the enemy towers and some mobs in jg are imvisible and untargetable . You see the towers as distoryed . 3rd one is seen is when the all lobby is afk and cant reconnect back , for no reason , and the fix is to wait for game to fix himself after the game is finished with all players afk .

Yesn't I THINK that it does apply passive for the sake of ults passive. Ults passive makes it so that when you hit your normal passive on a target, they gain the "researched" debuff which makes them take true dmg from your ult. So from my understanding, it's just to show when your r starts dealing true dmg.
The Zoe ult have a lot of fun stuff you can do, if you can play blitzcrank, that would be the best game you'll ever had playing a support with a self sabotage
Have you ever experienced a weird bug that short ranged champions cant use whole map ults like ashe or jinx... Their was this one game i was using sylas and i chose ashe ult for my second ult but i cant use it... And realized i can oly use it if the enemy is within my range like so weird
