Best FIFA 21 Career Mode High Potential Young Players Under 23 to Buy. All of these players are relatively cheap (Almost everyone is under $20 Million at the start of career mode) but have the potential to grow above 80 overall. Keepers, strikers, wingers, CMs, CDMs, CAMs, fullbacks, and centerbacks, I took the top 3-4 in each position and did a player growth test by simming ahead 5 seasons and seeing how much the develop with the new Dynamic Potential system. @@DJ-vg1pr its not him I'm referring to. even some of the cheapest players on this list are unwilling to relocate. Just seems weird to make a list of affordable players if the majority won't join a team that need bargains.

To anyone reading this, Karim Adeyemi is super worth! Bought him as soon as I can in my Ipswich save. I was about in the 2nd half of my championship season and he's already 80 rated. Just train him to specific plans (never go balanced is my tip) everytime.

I mean he is playing as a team in the A-League. If it was a PL team I doubt they’d grow that crazy

So being dominant for so many seasons would result in those high ratings realistically speaking.
If you are in form then your overall grows

Jude Bellingham is 17 years old and a rating of 69 giving him a potential of 88

Allan Campbell from motherwell, lewis ferguson from aberdeen and david turnbull from Celtic are all CMs that grow a lot. Can buy all for less than 3m each and they can grow to be easily 90+ rated in their prime

I bought Embolo in the first season as Nottingham Forrest from 78 to 86 in 2 seasons. I checked his potential on Cheat Engine when he’s 86 its 90 potential now
So true. I bought belotti in the second season when he was 27 years old with a rating of 82. I used him for 2 years and now he’s 90.

Honestly I believe Bmonus is right. I had a save in my fifa 20 where my striker Iker Losada who I believe had a potential of low 80s if I remember correctly, got him to a 91 ovr. Thats like 3-4 seasons of first team and training.

I signed a cm at the start of my first season called josh dasilva from Brentford and so far at the start of my 2nd season he has gone from 72 rated and is already 80 rated I bought him for 3.5 million best purchase I’ve made in career mode

From what I know player Growth is determined only by form this year. Since you are simming and the AI doesn't really rotate their players the ones in the starting XI grew a lot while the ones on the bench barely grow at all. Training doesn't affect individual stats or growth AT ALL.
I agree that its a good change and it does add SOME realism. Because if I'm managing a PL team and have a youngster with 72 potential that I play regularly and does well. Why shouldn't he grow more in accordance to how he is performing? Most FIFA Careers end up with teams filled with wunderkinds that never reach even a fraction of their in game potential while real world future stars are playing in lower leagues with low 70s potential. This makes using real youngsters much more exciting since they can reach high levels.
I have some that grew way past thier potential, very rewarding

I have to say to everyone here buy Diogo Dalot. I bought him first season at Leeds and he's been my right back ever since. Starting season 4 he's 94 rated. With his six stats being 98, 72, 89, 92, 88, 89. I only used balance development for the first 2 seasons btw. He's now worth 228.5M. Fati is also 92, Greenwood 87 and Martinelli 90.

I also got a lot of “Doesn’t want to relocate” which I thought wasn’t supposed to happen with “loose” restrictions on transfers when you set your CM up.
This was a great video so first, thank you. I have two questions.
First what club are you playing? The kit your players are wearing looks really good.
Second, you ran your sims 4 and 6 years into the future and you saw huge gains, with dynamic potential affecting players you obviously weren’t playing yourself. They all ended up with pretty high stats well distributed all around. They were all on Balanced development.
What does that say about the specialized development plans as opposed to Balanced? If you keep a player on a specialized plan over an extended period of time, is he going to be underdeveloped in some areas?

The players overall depend heavily on the states that effect his position
A ST with 90 defensive skills isn't going to get the highest overall while on the other hand a ST with 90 finishing will have the highest overall
when you put it on balanced all the states are improved but in a slow pace
when you do specialized development it improves certain states at a fast pace, but only certain ones
You can tell this by the arrows next to the states

I started a FIFA 20 career for Empoli. Pretty shit team but I leveled them up all the way from Calcio B to winning the Serie A and Champions League, but thats not important. Whats important is, that they have this guy called Hamed Junior Traoré, wich is loaned out to Sassuolo for two years. I think he is something around 75 overall at the beginning while being 18 years old. When he came back from loan he already had 81 rating wich is pretty decent. I was really shocked about his growth since he was 95 overall by the season of 2027/28 as I recall. Idk whats his true potential but he wasnt mentioned on any of the many videos about wonderkids and high potential players I watched...
EDIT: And btw, I think Tanguy Kouassis name was changed to Tanguy Nianzou, if someone wondered...

Also watch vivalafifa, go to his potential career mode playlist and he has a separate videos for each position. He shows players from under a mil to 100 mil. He also uploads twice everyday for transfer news. He also made a vid for under a mil players and over 90 potential players.
