@Mayhem Bling thank you for the tutorial. Omgosh that glitter is so pretty. I went to the website and at first I was worried that I would not be able to get free shipping $50 - that was a joke as now I am trying to decide what I don't need 😅. Have you looked at your ornaments from 2 years ago? (I am so mad they don't have the Beach foam anymore). I am curious as to whether the floor wax vs poly held up? As you mentioned I did hear a few other folks say the poly will hold up longer and I do keep my ornaments a long time. TIA
I am curios. Is there a reason you did not just gently shake the polycrylic around inside the bulb, as well as the glitter, instead of rolling the bulbs?
It’s beautiful the first one, I just started commenting right away , decorating my tree with the ornaments and snowflakes. Oh my, liked the red one too! Great tutorial, I will use the poly acrylic. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💗💗
I don't think you would need to apply a second coat as long as you got good coverage. I imagine that you could apply a second coat but I would make sure that the first coat had dried for at least 24 hours. Have fun with it!!! Thank you for watching!
I put my tops back on right after the video...I would say 30 minutes or so...just make sure to pull the wires up into the top...put the top on and then lower the wires. If you put it on with the wires all the way out it might pull your glitter off.
@@MayhemBling Oh! Thank you for sharing Glitter Chim sight! I went straight to their sight, but its closed until "Black Friday", but at least I know where I will be doing some of my "Black Friday" shopping!!!
You did an amazing job and step by step 💯💯💯🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💕💕💕💕 Thank you
Thank you!!!!
Tip: keep the spice bottles when empty. Wash and dry completely. Make sure bottles are DRY. Use them for leftover glitter.

So pretty! I just painted some ornaments today and used glitter too☺️. Is the glitter you used available in Canada as well? Thank you xo💐
I have reached out to them to see if they ship to Canada. You can check them out at www.glitterchimp.com Thank you so much for watching!
They said they do ship to Canada!!!!
Glitter chimp is where I get my glitters! Love the glitter!
They have amazing glitter!!!!

I do it that way to avoid making bubbles in the polycrylic. So it gets a good even coat!!!
I just made about 34 Xmas bulbs

If the glitter is iridescent or kind of see through would you need to apply a second coat

How l9ng do the ornaments take to dry
I usually let mine dry overnight. There are so many variables that it is hard to say how long.
These are beautiful. I would like to know how you decorated the outside? Did you show it in another video?
how long do you let it dry before putting the top back on?

Those are really gorgeous! But I think I like the polycrylic better, it seemed to adhere the glitter the best.
I agree with that!!! It definitely has more substance to it....it will be my go to from now on!! Thank you for watching!!!
