I mean that’s one of two ways to get a villain song. Good thing villains are unironically one of the best things when it comes musical media. I mean, even if it’s not a musical, you have I Need A Hero from Shrek 2, which is objectively the best thing Dreamworks ever did to the Shrek franchise, and arguably the best scene out of any 3D Dreamworks movie. (I only specify 3D because Prince of Egypt exists) And it doesn’t even have to be a movie! I’m The Bad Guy from Wander Over Yonder and Other Friends from Steven Universe The Movie are pretty high in my favorites, even if Other Friends isn’t from a tv show by definition. And could we for a single fleeting moment talk about villain songs in video games? Being video game songs, they don’t get any attention as is and that is a crime.
I like to think that he is a creature that appears when you are alone in a liminal space. He moves and acts this way, making him superficially disturbing, but it's just there to say hi.
I don't think this is unsettling at all. It actually makes me feel... Nostalgic. This could quite possibly be the closest portrayal of death there is. Some people are unsettled or scared of it while others find it calming or relaxing, a few folks find it a mix of both and yet you can never look away. Yes I know I'm looking in too deep with a meme but aren't they all art? Some are left up to interpretation while the rest just tell you what it means. Back to the point at hand here the coloring (or lack thereof) and the movement that looks so unreal, is an amazing image that our mind fails to create when it comes to death BECAUSE it is the end of the line. That to me, is why this meme is amazing at showing us a depiction of death and its slow but unexpectedly fast speed at which it is approaching all of us.
The editing is actually pretty good. I thought you were just gonna loop the original but you added the other tones from the actual song and it worked really well.

this is randomly a relaxing thing to watch, the purpose of this video was meant to be disturbing, yet funny, but it’s actually happy and good to listen, to be honest I medicated of how relaxing it was, the good dam music, the “ ba ba ba ba “, this humor can go around and probably a new generation, people can discover this and wonder “ what was it like back then when people had this humor”.

i get backroom vibes when listening to this. Like just imagine you wake up in a place surrounded by these people. you just embrace the calming yet distrubing remix of a beautiful undertale song. And yet you still decide to join them and celebrate with them. Its pure disturbing harmony
Same wtf. It straight up reminds me of some kind of weird purgatory; where my whole life was just a big joke and an illusion, and this guy singing is all that exists
I genuinely am impressed with the shear about of feeling put into the video of the guy walking. It’s almost eerie as the music coupled with the effect making the man look less human, but I also has a sense of sadness, the music sounds like something that might play at a funeral. This song is more than a meme, it’s amazing.
Love how almost nobody knows about the undertale soundtrack (exept Megalovania) and yet it generates the effect what is was intended for perfectly for everyone. Just shows how great job Toby did with the music
I think that the most disturbing things about this video are the movements and the facial expressions made by the guy, but simultaneously, the way that it completes perfectly with the music makes it oddly relaxing
An old time resident of a long forgotten part of civilization gives you a warm welcome into one of the nicer parts of the population. Something seems off, maybe his upbeat mood in the situation, or his movements, but you chalk it up to being the mental decay from the stress. Whatever the case may be, it's nice to know respect still exists, even when rules and regulations don't.
his movements, the rhythm to the movements of his mouth is beautiful, the beats to a dancing. Chefs kiss, makes me remind of my past mistakes, wonder how I will go forward in the future, make different choices, and become a different person. This video has made me realize what is wrong with my life hopefully may you guys go forward in the future making better decisions but my life has no more past no more memories the nostalgia is no more but now I will go forward with my head up and looking high because this video thank you.
This makes me reminisce, let us all look back at fond memories as a whole my brothers and sisters. Life is great and we shall enjoy every breath my friends
The way he moves reminds me of the Car Shearer dance and the Goopie dance. The movements are really smooth and somewhat unnatural looking, but... captivating. His mouth is also being slightly enlarged with some editing, which gives him a weird cartoony look. Not enough to send him into the Uncanny Valley, at least not for me, but it still adds to the unnatural look. And to top it all off is Fallen Down done in some sort of text to modular speech program, giving us a calming song to listen to whilst this man moves about. I wouldn't call this meme funny, unnerving, or even really all that weird. But it's captivating nonetheless.
The lore behind this man is that “baba” means dad in Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, Persian, Swahili, Turkish, Yoruba and some more (sorry if I didn’t list it) so this basically means that he was searching for his father this whole time
This is by far the creepiest damn meme I’ve ever seen. There’s just something so unsettling about this. I bet this will be on another childhood trauma iceberg 7 years from now. If I saw this as a kid, I probably would feel even more uneasy than I already am.
Definitely. This kinda stuff is humorous (and creepy) as an adult, but I KNOW if my younger self saw this she'd get that horrible sinking feeling in her gut. Funny how the internet shaped me

this is randomly a relaxing thing to watch, the purpose of this video was meant to be disturbing, yet funny, but it’s actually happy and good to listen, to be honest I medicated of how relaxing it was, the good dam music, the “ ba ba ba ba “, this humor can go around and probably a new generation, people can discover this and wonder “ what was it like back then when people had this humor”.

@@SuperMonaLisaBros LMAO HOW??? ITS A GUY MOVING TO AN UNDERTALE MUSIC COVER
if this guy was from the mandela catalogue, he'd probably be a passive alternate, i mean look at how cool he is
I don't know why but the video gives off a sense of fear
Ye
this is mainly because of the lack of context on the video, there are no “informations” shown during the video and just straight up went to a man singing, the quick movement of the man also made it really creepy as it adds up to the confusion, the way his smiling and the effect on the video made its scary.
try pausing onto a random timestamp and you’ll see how creepy it actually is
@@FMG99 Oh Yeah its just a face with a blacked out mouth and eyes when I paused, Jesus.

Doofenshmirtz explaining where the emergency stop button on his inator is
Villan telling the hero his plans will work
This is literally me when I accidentally wake up at 2:00 am and see something move in the corner of my eye
i get backroom vibes when listening to this.
The original song is fallen down from undertale. If you want alot of nostalgia you should listen to that one since it's the original
@@nintendoman8915 Well to be more accurate, the one used here is a remix of it called Underbase: Fallen Down
@@Phi_Lix Well, to be more more accurate, isn't it a Moonbase Alpha cover of Undertale's Fallen Down?

No
Nothing pissed me off more than the fact that his mouth almost perfectly matches the song but misses the final note on every loop.
he did that on purpose, someone asked him to do glitched version where his mouth doesnt really sync.
Love how almost nobody knows about the undertale soundtrack (exept Megalovania) and yet it generates the effect what is was intended for perfectly for everyone. Just shows how great job Toby did with the music
It's beautiful, is it not?
Fallen down is a masterpiece
I like how an average person only knows Megalovania, but compared to the other soundtracks from the original game, Megalovania is pretty bad
@@ago1281 even in polls it somehow always comes first, despite being nowhere near the best and everyone collectively agreeing on this
I know a lot of them they are really nostalgic arent they?
This video feels like a fever dream, Its so random and came out of no where, its almost creepy.
The fact that it just says, "my reaction to that information" is what really scares me
I think that the most disturbing things about this video are the movements and the facial expressions made by the guy, but simultaneously, the way that it completes perfectly with the music makes it oddly relaxing

Ba.
his movements, the rhythm to the movements of his mouth is beautiful, the beats to a dancing.
Listening to their terrifying yet somehow comforting voice, it fills you with DETERMINATION
It’s crazy HE FEELS LIKE an undertale character
Why is it, that I somehow find an element of peace in this?
The music
The tts sound is actually from moonbase alpha
the sound is from moonbase alpha
I love this version of the song it's quite relaxing
The lore behind this man is that “baba” means dad in Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, Persian, Swahili, Turkish, Yoruba and some more (sorry if I didn’t list it) so this basically means that he was searching for his father this whole time
It's crazy how languages differ so much, but lots of the major languages of the world have agreed that "mama" "papá" or "baba" are the standard.

I thought the song was saying "mama" honestlu
That’s so sad the man was just trying to find his family…

Doofenshmirtz backstory in a nutshell
His parents weren’t even there for his birth
I'm fully convinced some kind of eldritch tier being is trapped in this video, but rather than yearning for freedom it sings to others about what it imagines the outside of the video is like, humbly imagining what it's like out here as opposed to actually entering.
I was trying to push the memory of the Mandela stage of youtube to the back of my mind, and yet here I am, remembering when I watched it at 4 am and could not sleep.
Man this meme feels like a burning memory
Video is actually so memorizing. I have watched it 100 times and still get surprised to every movement he makes. The camera slowly turning, the music, and his cheerfulness is actually too soothing for an odd reason
