You’re amazing. Recovery is an exciting journey once you embrace it. I’m not sure if I’ve convinced myself that full recovery is real at the moment or if it’s a goal I can achieve, but like you Rain my eating disorder can’t and won’t control me forever.Recovery has allowed me to have the empathy and stoicism to start training to be a therapist.

I am 30 in November and currently in recovery. You are so wise beyond your years, the amount of work you've done at such a young age amazes me. I can tell you that your future self will thank you for the work you are putting in now. I only wish I had the same mindset at your age. You are an amazing, beautiful human. 💗 xxx

I cannot believe how much you‘ve grown! It seems like you’ve matured in high speed, even way beyond your years!

You're an inspiration for younger people in recovery, speaking as an older, much older person still grappling with recovery after a recent relapse after years of being relatively well. I got Ill at 13 but didn't take recovery seriously until my 30's if I'm honest. I wish now I had been as sensible and mature as you when I was a teenager and taken proper action then. To be honest there was very little knowledge of eating disorders, no internet and treatment was HORRENDOUS back then. So treated very much like a naughty child with punishment and reward schemes and restraint and force feeding. I really admire the younger generation now who can go "all in" after 30÷ years it's very difficult to change the behaviours of a lifetime, however I will never give up the hope of recovery, however I achieve it. Well done Rain. Please keep going!!! 💪❤️🌈

I just Love you. Im sitting here, double your age, taking so much wisdom from your words. You are wise beyond your years, as eating disorders tend to do to us. And you're not boring at all! And seriously whatever about those people who make comments about your teeth!! First of all, you played no part in choosing how your teeth were going to be arranged. Second of all, who cares what your teeth look like? Third of all, just unnecessary comments, like you said. I hope you continue to embrace who you are how you look and the unique and beautiful spark you bring to the world. 🤗

I've been in anorexia recovery for almost 3 months and I've been here since you're first video, I'm so proud of how far you've come and I wanted to thank you! You've helped me so much in my recovery and are one of the reasons I started fighting for recovery. I wanted to ask if you have any advice on how to feel proud of yourself in recovery? As much as I try it's still really hard to shift that mindset :")

Listening to you talk about how incredible food is... You're bloody right. IT IS!! so why do we suddenly decide we can't have it/eat what we enjoy/demonise it and feel we don't deserve it?! Why food? I'll really never understand this illness tbh. It helps me seeing kids eat and see their approach to food makes me realise how eating SHOULD be

What has that got to do with this video,?! BMI is irrelevant. Recovery is about a change in mindset and behaviour. NOT a number on an outdated measurement chart!
