    I LOVE it when u film vlogs! The other day I was looking back at ur 1st few vids. You have so much more joy, zeal & ur awesome personality shines so much more now! I know that often when people gain some weight others just assume they r all better now, but there r still very difficult days. How do u deal with bad body image days? KEEP VLOGING RAIN! I adore watching ur life!❤️♥️🧡💛💚💙Ty 4 being so raw, vulnerable & real!

      I wear baggy clothes and remind myself what my body can do for me now, things that it wasn't able to do when it was unwell. It really helps xx

    Do you think that doing yoga, ice skating and pole fitness is a good thing to do in this stage of recovery?! Genuinely curious and worried it may be too soon to start intense exercise. Hope it's not as a reaction to the Ed body image anxieties 😘😘😘

    • @RainBoyd
      @RainBoyd  2 года назад +1

      My food and excersise isn't the problem it's my body image and as long as I keep it separate there isn't a problem but as soon as I start over doing it I will stop

      @@RainBoyd ok my lovely. Just genuinely concerned. Please be mindful of it as the Ed is so sneaky as you know!! Take care of yourself sweetie and keep positive and pushing forwards in your recovery 💪❤️🌟💜🌈

      I stopped yoga due to feeling like I have too and I only did ice skating for fun and same with pole. Nothing as excersise and I'm eating before and after

      @@RainBoyd it's ok, you don't have to justify it to me. I just know generally for me and for others who are in recovery, stopping all exercise is advised until you're much further into recovery, have reached your set point, are confident in your eating and not feeling so uncomfortable with your body image, when more neural rewiring had been achieved and you're completely nutritionally rehabilitated. Tabitha Farrar and Emily Spence are good recovery role models on RUclips to maybe watch and get advice from?! Just would hate it to all go wrong now. I know services are useless and aren't likely to give great advice or support but having been through this recovery loop time and time again myself I'm just pointing out a potential red flag xxx don't be like me and in your 40's and still struggling with this shitty illness!!! ❤️

    Can I ask some questions about your recovery?
    1. How is your bloating , issues with your digestion and the constipation and etc all that issues. You have done such great progress in such a short period of time ? How has your body coped with this physically ? Has your weight stabilised . I hear you can gain some water retention and all so it will look like there is a rounder stomach and rounder face but it will level out ? Also how is your health now ? Such as your bloods ?

    • @RainBoyd
      @RainBoyd  2 года назад +5

      My bloating has gone down a lot now that my body has leveled itself out,
      My body has coped amazing if I'm honest I'm so glad it has, I was scared that it wouldn't but it has surprised me so much.
      Water retention, I don't really know if its done anything from what I've seen it hasn't but tbh your body will hold onto water and food at the start as it doesn't know if it will get it again,
      My health is great, I have my period and I'm doing a lot more physical than I ever thought I would be able to do, same with my bloods and vitals they are all good :)

      @@RainBoyd thank you for answering my questions. I’m on month 3 of recovery. I do understand though that every day is still a struggle as it’s in the mind and the conflict is within. But its lovely to see you making progress.
