@@nknkannadiga9742 Grid system is pretty good but the roundabout could use more sculpture/statues to have eyecandy and landmark. Will be good to look at for tourist while in the bus. Bali is good example.

I think it's due to rain. This is video was recorded during monsoon otherwise there is very minimal dust on Chandigarh roads. Every night dust cleaning machines are used to clean roads all over Chandigarh, you can see them running at night and morning time.
