Cross marine drive at the east end of the runway, the bike/sk8 path takes you directly in line with the runway. Super cool when the fighter jets take off low and fast.
Camera location is 45.58841988050229, -122.57342377801598 (I think). 70-300mm with 1.6x APSC crop factor, plus two stages of digital stabilization, so probably another 50% crop-in, means you're seeing about a 600mm equivalent at full zoom here.
Fabulous catches my friend ❤
Love your videos! We are so into planes with my sons. Sometimes we take a trip from salem just to watch planes at the parking lot. Great shots!
@@EugenePolishchuk-of7tm 🤟 PDX gets an incredible variety of types. My bingo card has everything from Globe Swift to Globemaster ticked.
Remarkable!
Thanks for the remark.
Love it….show some of the bigger planes next time…..great photography !!
@fredsickert9874 787 is as big as they get with any regularity on the north runway.

At my home major airport in Boston, both Delta and KLM serve the airport side by side
