Hi, my advise is to keep your unit rented.. Kasi mas mahihirapan ka if mawalan ka ng tenant.. better na meron kaysa sa wla.. I am very positive na babalik ang normal rental price in the next 2 yrs.. So just hold lang un property mo.. Be positve 🙂

This is very far from what happened to my unit turnover at Fame. It was not as pleasant as I expected. 1. The turnover staff was late (at least an hour) and there’s no one in the turnover lounge to answer our questions. I’m thankful that there were 2 lady guards who tried to accommodate us. 2. There was no coffee in the lounge. They did not even offer water. 3. There’s no tumbler or any SMDC freebie that was offered to us. We even asked but the admin staff of Greenmist was not aware. 4. The Greenmist staff was not knowledgeable, she tried to accommodate us though. She was a new employee and for every question she had to go to the other room to ask her superior.

Tower 3 Turnover, is by 2022 pa. So you can ask for payment extension sa SMDC.. call or email SMDC for the request. 🙂

Another thing, working capital is something investors deal with. You are not an investor, you are paying for goods and services.
