What is it with people and just leaving in TD games? If they we're gonna leave 2 minutes into the match they shouldn't have joined at all. This usually isn't a problem but its SO DAMN COMMON! edit: This occurs on other TD games too for no reason. And about TDS mission maps, they usually leave before the map is even chosen or voted. So it CAN’T be that.
The only reason they leave is because their teammates have bad towers like if your gonna leave because of bad towers then don't use the god damn matchmaking
The issue with match making is that when a player leaves and doesn't join back the entire party has to suffer with lowered tower placements and cash per round.
Things i most hated when random match making 1. Randomly left 2. Alt grind begger (they bring a rawdog level alt account and ask us to carry their alt and them also ofc) 3. Introvert (I don't wanna play and silence for 15 mins straight tbh)

Some say that they should add punishment when you leave in matchmaking but my take on this is have a button for leaving the match where you can't rejoin and the remaining players get higher placement limit and cash flow.
Who the everliving hell thought, "Hmm, a level 25 can definitely be put with other level 25s and win! It's like a level 100 doing a solo, which is possible" because they need to be kicked off the team.

Things i occured in matchmaking (hardcore and badlands) -teammates leaving -level based matchmaking actually somewhat working -teammates that just dont communicate -the god damn complainers that also usually dont have good towers ;-; -low level alt or just beggars
It wouldnt be the perfect scenario, but it would be handy to select one "key-word" tower type u want to see with atleast one other player in ur matches. And make a punish mechanic for those who leave a match, with exception of those recognized as crashed/disconnected in which case there would be no punishment but would be forced to rejoin the match if it is still up. ok im done yapping
i think that the reason why people keep leaving in matchmaking more often is because of a stupid bug which shows that everyone only brought scout and sniper

I have decided electro, cowboy and farm are key to quad matchmaking with new fallen. Pick two more, i usually pick ranger and commander but lots of options

Let’s say your doing a skin quest for fallen mini gunner or something but someone else is doing fallen engineer and you both need certain maps. If your map doesn’t get chosen there’s no point of staying. It’s a waste of time, now I know that might be rude but not everyone can play games for the whole day. It also take like a few seconds to leave and rejoin into another matchup.
Apart of players leaving in the middle of the match I hate those people who want a specific map for a quest I blame the quest missions for generating annoying people
This is what I do on a norm so I've probs done this for 100s of times and ALOT of the time it was noobs and I especially got noobs after I finished my grind for engineer😂
